let down by poor delivery
The contents of the box were really good, however the delivery times were not met. No communication, no apology, no explanation. This was unacceptable and I will not use them again.

Because my dad got taken in to hospital…
Because my dad got taken in to hospital and DPD moved the delivery date as it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday the 12th July but it got moved to Saturday the 9th I wasn’t in and I missed them by about 15 minutes but my dad is quite ill so I asked them if they would be so kind as to bring it back for me because I’m disabled and my mum has enough on at the moment but oh no that’s too much trouble so I’m looking to buy elsewhere now as wonder & awe always use DPD and they change the goalposts so many times.

Excellent customer service
There was a problem with my order when the wrong product was sent but the team (led by Tara) could not have been more helpful. She kept in touch, provided returns labels and resolved the problem. Thank you Tara, you have been excellent and I hope your business grows and succeeds!
