I ordered cake boxes but did not realise that it was necessary to order the lids as well. We opened the box to discover that there were no lids inside. We have cakes to send this week - we were desperate! One phone call problem solved and the lids were ordered immediately and delivered 3 hours later! That is AMAZING service and I really appreciate the help speed and efficiency of this company.
Very good!!! We order from SupplyExpress over 3 years. Their service is excellent. Always happy and satisfied with them, resonable prices, they are always willing to help, quick deliveries. The main person to contact is great, if something is out of stock or any other issue, he always find the way to sort it out, to make sure we are ok.

They always go the extra mile for their customers. For example, when our stock was cleared by a late surge in orders, their manager hand-delivered my company's packaging to DPD after work hours, so we could still receive our goods next-day delivery and fulfil our customers' orders. Pricing is great, and they are willing to price match or negotiate where reasonably possible.

I ordered bamboo skewers for craft purposes. I received cheap sticks, not the flagged one advertised.
I contacted customer service. I was advised to send it back and they will pay the delivery cost back. I did it but received only £18 back instead of £27. I keep claiming my money back as it is absolutely disappointing and unfair to sell something they don't have and keep the money.
