Healthy diet for my needs
The person on the consultation call was very helpful,she guided me through the options that are available to me. She was very pleasant and has put a couple of meal plans for me.
She also put my mind at ease by saying although it can feel overwhelming.she encouraged me to take the change in the diet 1 step at a time.

After so many GP trips and being in…
After so many GP trips and being in pain for so long I was trying to avoid a endoscopy. Got this test and it said I was allergic to milk! Was a total surprise. Gave me the nudge to change to oat milk in my tea and I swear I have no burning pain now. It's amazing.

Your tests were completed and results delivered, meaning the service has been fully provided. As outlined in our terms, refunds are not applicable once testing has been carried out.
Despite this, we have continued to offer further support, including a goodwill pathway should you follow the process and not experience any benefit.
We would also like to clarify that we do not consider it appropriate for customers to request refunds on the basis of conditional statements or threats. Our priority is to support customers fairly and consistently.
