Extremely Poor Service and No Accountability:
I placed an order on 17th Aug and that was promised for delivery by 24th Aug, but it never arrived. There were no proactive updates or apologies from the brand, and every follow-up felt ignored. This casual attitude towards customers is disappointing and has caused me unnecessary inconvenience.
If the brand cannot honor its delivery commitments, it should communicate clearly and resolve issues promptly. This experience has made me lose trust in the brand.

Highly acidic products
This is for supply6 hydration salt lime flavor. The product is highly acidic and burns throat like vinegar. I think the citric acid content is very high. When i used the product for few days i got like a burnt throat like i eat too much vinegar. And after stopping this, it became fine, but when i start to use it again, throat go bad again.
Either its defective batch or badly formulated with highly acidic ph.
Delivery was slow as well. Wasted 535rs completely i cant use the product anymore. Have written to them, if they arent helpful will complain to fssai as well.
