All is good but the the delivery schedule is quite loooong... 5 days after order placed is literally ages. I suggest to process it within 48 hours after placing the order.

Please please stay away from this company. They are a bunch of clowns, and I really don’t know how they are still in business. I ordered some light bulbs from them that they stated they had in stock, after 11 days I heard nothing from them, and then I got an email on the 12th say to say they have cancelled my order because they don’t have stock. I then proceeded to give them a 1 star review on google and guess what?? They called me to say sorry but they do have the items in stock!😂😂😂. You can imagine my response, which went along the same lines as this review “they can keep their bulbs and their joke company” I will never ever ever use them again and please warn you not to use them. They have cheaper prices than other places but this is all smoke and mirrors. You will not get your order and you will not get any communication. I hope the go out of business so the can stop scamming customers.

Terrible company with a very poor regard for customers. I bought a Makita jigsaw with 5 blades. They delivered 1 blade and refused to take it back or provide me with the 5 blades when i raised it.

Material not available in Stock. Take long time to deliver and to return. Not recommend

Don't Throw your money away, it's the worst company ever. They want you to guess that the product sucks, if you open the box, they don't accept the product as a return. Don't buy anything that is electric or battery powered. You will not see your money back. All of their products, are very poor quality, cheap copies from China. Horrible and poor quality, 💯 % fake copies from China. Terrible customer service 😑 😒. Worse online shopping I have experience in my life. Never ever again 😡😡

This is my first and would say last experience. After confirming my order on 5 days, today they are sending whatsapp messages to let me know the material is not available. We have PO for this material from our customer and we can't say not available after accepting the PO. Commitment rating, I would give is - ( minus ). Never to visit their website again.

I ordered 5 new window ACs.. paid by card over 5 thousand dirhams.. they arrived a week late after I called them 3 times a day.. sometimes they say the driver had an accident.. or it was out for delivery and someone will call me but never got a call.. and when they finally arrived the ACs didn't work!!!!!! I mean what!! The reviews here were so good that I didn't see that one coming!
