Beware!
I purchased a pair of earbuds from them. I should have known I was in trouble based on the amount of time it took for them to get to me. They have a 30-day return policy, and I was unhappy with the earbuds, so I took advantage of this and asked for a return authorization which was granted. I shipped to them keeping the RMA number on the outside of the package as instructed. My problem is that after I confirmed that they had been delivered I misplaced the shipping receipt. My bad. Now they won't even talk to me except to say that RMA hasn't shown up. I have never experienced such incompetence from a company in some time.
