I had an offer of 3 months for the…

I had an offer of 3 months for the price of 1 (for £11.99) so I decided to go for the offer!
Unfortunately after the first month had passed the service stopped!
I contacted customer service and they asked for a screenshot of the offer As I wasn't able to do this they then refused to help me at all!
So they basically called me of lying and that was that!
Terrible customer service and a very bad attitude
I will Never use Deezer again!

NO REFUNDS

WATCH OUT! No refund policy even when requesting one after half an hour of trial. Definitely go for a different service.

Beware this Company are corrupt.

I have been a customer of Deezer for very many years. On 25.08.18 I notified them that my e-mail address had changed. I thought no more of it until I noticed in November 2023 that my Amex account was being debited twice for the account. On further investigation I found that payments have been taken by Deezer from my Amex account twice every month since August 2018. I took this up with Deezer who firstly claimed they could not trace the payments but later decided I had set up a new account but not cancelled the old one. In August 2018 I notified Deezer that my e-mail address had changed. I thought no more of it until I discovered the double payment. Deezer have confirmed there has been no activity on my old e-mail address since I set up the new one but claim I should have cancelled the old account at the time even though I had no intention of setting up a new account at the time I notified them of the change of e-mail address. I have repeatedly asked them to produce documentation that would support their contention that I created a new account but none has been forthcoming. Whereas I would be happy to proceed through the courts here to recover my money (in excess of £600) Deezer are in France and do not have a UK address. They have offered for me to take the matter through an EU dispute organisation but as the UK are no longer in the EU such dispute is not recognised by them. I find it hard to understand why Deezer have refused to refund my money given it was they who obviously set up the new account without my knowledge or consent. Beware of the organisation. They are clearly corrupt and hide behind their EU status.

I opted for Deezer Premium in…

I opted for Deezer Premium in combination with my T mobile account. Unfortunately, after one month Deezer started charging me double (once through T mobile and once through their own payment service). After contacting both, I discovered that Deezer never registered my combination account as such, but still took two monthly fees from my bank account. Upon contacting them, they said my account has been properly registered and I cannot get a refund for the months I paid double. The mistake was clearly theirs, but once they think you have a contract with them, it is impossible to get out of that supposed contract.

Truly awful customer service with…

Truly awful customer service with compassion or empathy, having been a loyal customer and an advocate of the brand for several years, they decided I wasn't paying enough ad hiked the price up by 5 times the amount! having spoken in length with their customer services I was left feeling unworthy as a customer. would not recommend this music app above the other available, I've moved to Amazon Music which is cheaper and far better quality with a huge library.

Refund refused despite app freezes

Having had the free service for some time upgraded to paid as was using more in lockdown and wanted extra features. Was amazed after 3 days of use to suffer constant freezes of the app, particularly on my Samsung Smart TV (app last updated Dec 2018!). So, reasonably I thought, request refund as didn't work - received this fob off back from support
"We can't refund the payment because of our terms and conditions.The subscription has been used since payment was taken which also means I can't refund the payment. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
Should you wish, you may submit a claim for a mediation process by contacting the european platform for Online Dispute Resolution - link to external EU mediation service"
So another words, because you used your subscription for 3 days out of 30 to find out it didn't work properly, we'll take your money and pass you on to some EU ombudsman...
SHAME ON YOU DEEZER -BLATANT PROFITEERING.
