Good very nice

The game has regular flux of bugs that they have never removed and just have no way of finding the resolve apparently. I have seen several reports from people reporting drops in merit or full unpledging from allegiances but FDev will tell you we don’t know how that could happen, or it never has. I have also seen peoples old reports of issues with Sirius Corps yet that still has issues for some. Even after the post Sirius patch many still have issues. FDev tries they do but they also hide behind a layer of fog and mistic with how they communicate and relate to their audience, which for me and many others it creates a feeling of mistrust especially when time in grinds is at hand.

Customer service is 50/50 you may get someone good or bad. I say this because I actively report issues and it is about a 50/50 if I get good support. Good support usually ends with reimbursement or a fix. Bad support is the go stuff it not our problem response.

It is quite difficult to contact this company via email or phone. Everything is on social media.

Also - after placing an order and paying, nothing happened. No email with download link. No mail telling anything about when this would materialize. Nothing at all.

Cancelling the order seems impossible.

I am wondering if I just got scammed...

Will be back to knock this review down to 1star later if things don't make a turn for the better.

The game (Elite Dangerous) from Frontier Developments so as the company used to be really nice, but things changed a lot now and I am not sure if still under the same management, I been playing this game for over 7 years and I been seeing people leaving it every day, the careless from the new staff is real, I had my computer hijacked my account was compromised (elite dangerous and many other games that I play) I got blocked from elite dangerous while I was playing the game, contacted the game support right away after few hours I got a response from them: we do not disclose information about blocked or banned accounts, after a day I got message from Ebay and PayPal about unusual active in my account so I found out my computer have been breached, after that I changed my all passwords, wiped and install my all devices at my company and also contacted the police... I found messages between the hacker and people on Ebay that my account was selling on a website, contacted the website they took it down and provided all information about the IPs address from who made the advert, did update to my police report case, after all this nightmare, and a lot changes, done in my network, computer, laptop, tablet, account passwords, I have contacted other game companies that I have account with and they was very happy to help me after I explained and provided evidences about my issue, but i am afraid with frontier things was not so good, contacted frontier with the whole information and evidences and this is the response I got from them: (keep in mind that I was playing the game when they took me down, the account are still in the original Email, I was spending money on it and been playing it for more than 7 years),
We still have evidence that the account was involved in real world trading, even if this was caused by a third party (which again we have no evidence of) as the owner of the account you are still responsible for this as stated here in our terms and conditions:

If you use any Frontier Developments Service you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password

Well 7 years playing their game that is the consideration that I got from them , with full evidences and police report on top, I am taking them to court in this January 2021 after I return from my holiday, but you guys should be aware about them, there is another game better than elite dangerous like for example: star citizen, I was with Elite Dangerous because I used to love it and after 7 years playing the game u do not want to start again in other game, I believe it is a personal from someone that plays the game and works in the frontier development support because there is no way a company let a player go away like that even after a full evidence provided to them, so if they do not care about me that spend 7 years with them what make you think they will care about you ?


Avoid them, they are not so friendly like before, plus the game is dead anyway, unless if u like play solo like I do most of the time, BTW u will need horizons (DLC) to access the goodies of the game, group up with you friends ? Well be ready for some of you get disconnected at all time, like to mining well the limpets collectors think just like the Devs of this game, and there is many and many other bugs that been in the game for so so sooo long time, the only thing that they fix is if a player find a new way to make easy money, oh boy they are so fast...
You will buy this game, you will play for a few hours, and than get bored, unless like I said u like to play alone.
