I have been using Airo AI to develop my website and the tool is truly astonishing, very close to working with a human developer (in a good way). But I finally needed support when my website would not load and I spent days trying to get someone to fix it. Ten minutes with Dustin on the phone when I was ready to quit was all it took. He just knew what the problem was and fixed it.

To those who are “not tech savvy”, it was good to know that GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE still exists in America! I have NEVER had this much problem with login to email account but the agent Anthony hung in there with me for 1-1/2 hour till we got the issue solved. Ricardo gave me instructions. I did it. He was sent back info he requested. While he was addressing the request, my phone disconnected the phone.

Perhaps a system can be created in a certain amount of time I could reconnect to 1st person working on the issue of disconnected.

Chad was excellent, he was patient, kept his cool while I was not always cool. Solved my problems and recommended very appropriately.

It was a pleasant experience however, the Agent I did the PIS sign up was not helpful. She was not willing to go an extra mile. I have a business, no matter what I strongly advise my people to be extra accommodating and put themselves in the customer’s shoes.

Godaddy has a great variety of products and services. I found them to be very easy to to contact when I had questions or problems. They stayed with you till the problem was resolved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
