Refund refused – very disappointing experience
I had a very bad experience with this service. I paid for a service that was either not delivered or did not match what was promised.
I contacted their support team multiple times, explained the situation clearly, and provided all necessary details. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, they simply refused to issue a refund without offering any real solution.
This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When a service is not delivered properly, a refund should be the minimum.
I would not recommend this platform to anyone based on my experience. Be careful before making any payment, as getting your money back seems very difficult.
