Quality Product and Support - A+
I applaud a company who does the right thing for its customers. The recent update to version 12 was rolled out as a "Pay to Upgrade" even to those who originally purchased a "lifetime upgrade". Wondershare realized this was the wrong way to treat their lifetime customers and changed the policy. They continue to develop and release updates to a really good piece of software and respond quickly to emails.

Patient and timely help
When I contact Wondershare whether I need technical support or support with understanding my purchase agreement, I have been more than impressed. I use email to correspond and so far Wondershare has responded in a timely manner, and have been very helpful. The technical problem was due to my error and not a problem with the software, yet the service rep was very patient with me.

Wondershare’s wonder service
Wondershare’s products exist out of various subscription options per software item. This could lead to login issues. I did have login issues with my obtained subscriptions from various Wondershare software items and I got really upset and angry.
I sent out an email (not the nicest one) to customer care and they responded within 48 hrs with a kind email & a solution that solved all separate issues at once.
A superb example of problem-solving customer care!

The constant update reminders were distracting
The constant update reminders were affecting me. I was not able to save documents because the only prompt when I went to share were about how I wanted to update my app. I contacted the support team and was given Jerald. He helped me get through all my issues. It was a bit confusing to understand him at times. The sentences were not very clear. At some points, while the sentence made sense, the tone was a bit off. He'd write things like "as I told you before" or use technical language that was not easy to follow for me. Eventually, all issues were resolved.

I had trouble beginning with the activation
I had trouble beginning with the activation code to the order number. I contacted them on each problem separately. They responded immediately. After that was solved I had trouble using the program. I contacted them yet again. They walked me through the steps even with my screen shots. The steps didn't work. I explained I was just getting over COVID and was having trouble with understanding directions. After many emails and screen shots they (Jerry and Chuchil) sent directions one by one of what to do. Problem was solved. It took almost 2 days of constant emails that the same person started helping me with.

I am using Edraw for mind mapping and creating project plans. It’s great. I had an issue saving/ retrieving files to an external source which turned out to be my misunderstanding. Support at Wondershare were very responsive and helpful.
