It's a scam; they'll deceive you with fake emails claiming that some sender has access to your account in order to lure you in.

Supportaholic is a scam!

Supportaholic technologies Pvt LTD and supportaholic.com is a scam and have been scamming people for 10 years!
That's a LOT of people, just like you and me that have been potentially scammed.
Do NOT even contact these scammers.
This parent company is not in the US at all, the place they say they are based is in fact a census area and is so small it isn't even classed as a village or small town.
The companies it purports to be linked to are dubious at face value and after Scammer Payback did some digging, found out more information.
Scammer Payback also have shut these people down with immensely clever ways of white hat hacking.
If you check out Supportaholic.tech Scammer Payback has uploaded all the info about the scam company.

If you are cold called by these people, hang up immediately! Report the number then Block the number immediately.
If you have unfortunately been in contact with these scammers, please please remove any programs that they put on your machine. If your unable to do this yourself, then seek professional advice on how to remove the connection they have to your machine.
Disconnect your internet, change all your passwords.

BEWARE OF SKETCHY WEBSITE

Good luck Trying to scam others to the scammer that was mention because here why:

Scammer Payback posted a video of scammer they hacked few years back where the same person trying to scam, now 2 days later (or yesterday) they made the post where they finally hacked their entire data and scammers real name and other else, not to mention, they got all scammer real name, their info, their media, and who they where behind the camera, Scammer Payback did a good job with it (Shoutout to the channel btw.)

Now, all the files are up there, the website that Scammer payback made, the whole document is now up there so please search up "Supportaholic is a scam" it will be much helpful to spread awareness quick.

Here a quick thinking, I never gone to that website, I've seen tons of fake website that pretending to be an actual website, and when they website have bad reviews, the real website did nothing wrong, and you can blame on the scammers who hurt most of the real website that work their OWN LIFE (wasted tbh), some sadly shutdown and some still alive and bring out the claim that they didn't scam, so blame on the scammer by the way, the scammer deserve hates, plus, lookout on the sketchy website that they made, who knows when they'll see your data and all your info

Never use remote access because they'll get all your info, frame on you, distract you, and you'll lost all the money you possibly own, thankfully, without Scammer Payback, he got all to show, including all other scammer baits that helps innocent people and beat scammers.

And to all elder people, DO NOT SEND YOUR DATA TO THEM, WASTE OF TIME AND YOU'LL BE TARGETED AND LOST ALL YOUR MONEY!!!

One more thing, the scammer that was mention, they have TikTok account so send hi to them and make them get scared, because they're now caught red handed.

Thank you and have a good day.

Do not engage with this company

Do not engage with this company. While they present themselves as "Supportaholic Technologies," they are a known scam call center frequently flagged by investigators and whistleblowers. They specialize in predatory cold-calling and "tech support" scams, often targeting vulnerable or elderly individuals.

There is documented evidence (see supportaholic.tech) linking this organization to fraudulent activities, including unauthorized remote access and aggressive sales tactics using soundboards to hide their true identities. If they contact you, hang up immediately. If you have given them remote access to your computer, disconnect your internet and change your passwords right away. Avoid at all costs.
