Utilizzano il marchio "WordPress" violando il suo copyright/trademark sia nel dominio che nel logo.
Non sembra esistere una p.iva o, l'unica reperibile, risulta cessata nel 2018.
Cercano di farsi passare come un'assistenza ufficiale ma non lo sono.
Non hanno risolto il problema da oltre un mese in attesa, non rispondono più, ho pagato ma per giunta non mi hanno fatto ne fattura ne ricevuta.

A noi personalmente hanno rubato €120,00 per risoluzione ad un server mai avvenuta, ma fondamentalmente la colpa è stata la nostra per esserci fidati. Chi è causa del suo mal pianga se stesso!

Sito Completamente fuori norma, fate attenzione! Nessuna partita iva pubblicata, utilizzano il logo di WordPress impropriamente e fanno credere di essere la società Automattic utilizzando materiale ingannevole.

Per sbaglio ho cambiato l'url del mio sito e, oltre a non riuscire più ad accedere al backend, c'erano problemi con la visualizzazione (grafiche e immagini sono scomparse). Supporto Wordpress mi ha aiutata in maniera tempestiva ed efficiente risolvendo tutti i problemi
Il supporto wordpress ha risolto immediatamente l'errore 404 sul mio sito.
