Company is reliable
The website crashed multiple times while I was trying to type in my information. It wanted me to start over from the beginning but had already charged my card. They understood the situation and did not charge me again. However, I never received an itemized receipt that stated exactly what I was charged for. The opening page said only $99 but I was charged $134. It asked for my dog’s size for a vest but did not give me the option to not have a vest for him, so I hope that wasn’t part of the charges. Overall, they were nice and very speedy.

Hard start, decent finish
The process of everything was a bit of a mess, and I texted the chat and they gave me the wrong phone number to call, the messenger wasn’t very helpful. The women that answered was empathetic and kind but didn’t know how to help me. Then I got I touch with John C, and he was very helpful with everything.
