Is This an Actual Service?

I don't get angry and give a one star rating. I have been trying for three days to reach a human being on this "service" to no avail. When a recording answered at one point with funky elevator music playing as she spoke, I started wondering if it was a legitimate service at all. I have been bed-ridden for eight years and they want me to go to court. I need to explain that I can't... that is the extent of my calls. No one seems to give a damn and this site has proven to be totally useless.
If this is funded or if you donate, I have NO idea where that money goes.

Wanted help to fill form thats it. They emailed once I co firmed form reason again and they tried to instantly reject it. Excuses oh that sounds very complex etc etc when look All I asked was help to tick right boxes on a certain firm that dies not fall under any categories they say they dont covet. It was not a hard request. They've no interest at all.
The uk is nothing but a scam
No charities or organisations supposedly their to help the little people do
They are either there to wear you down amd drag things out and gasloght u or im charity cases they are just tax roght off or lil trust funds.

Don't bother

Going alone to court while having disability is in it self horrible. And then trying to get help from Support Through Court can be even worse. They didnt take my issues serious under which I had horrible anxiaty and depression. The volunteer leader is horrible. I felt worse after. They make promises but you feel more insecure in the process. No empathy. My case was ruled in my favor, but still, never again to go with support Through Court.

They advertise to be empathetic, listening etc. but they rush you, make mistakes and then don't apologise when raising a complaint. They just find excuses. I am not sure what this service is really about as it just seems their volunteers who are law students are just there to get their feet wet in legal matters and court proceedings.

It seemed like they have too many very young people who are not yet that experienced instead of some older, mature people looking over and supervising.

If I ever have to go to court again, I go alone.
