My last 2 orders have been several days late with no notification from customer service. The latest order has an incorrect item, but customer service can only be reached from 8 to 5 CST. I liked the idea of free 1-2 shipping, since I'm in Iowa, but Bodybuilding.com has a warehouse in Wisconsin as well. They always deliver within 2 days and have never messed up an order.

Website very easy to find the products and easy to check out, great pricing! My problem is placing the order and two days later, I recieved a call about the item being out of stock. I am still waiting on the products I ordered and won"t recieve the shipment after 9 days after placing the order. Just have to work on logistics side and better ways to ship. The only reason I went with Suppz.com is the prices, but it makes me not want to order from the website since the product was out of stock and still waiting on my order. With working out 6 days a week, I can not depend on Suppz to ship to me in-time of running out of my supplements.

Perfect the only place I'd go is suppz. The product you stock are amazing. Your staff knowledge of the products and what I should and can take is also amazing, way better than any other supplement store I've been to.

I have ordered from Suppz.com in the past mainly because I like the fact the shipping is usually fast and free. Unfortunately it seems as though there claim of shipping being fast is no longer accurate. I ordered some protein and was hoping to get it within a day or two, but it took a whole week. In a time when Amazon Prime can deliver without missing a beat in two days, I would expect that a company that is only 45 minutes away would be able to do the same. A week is just too long, despite a whopping 10% coupon for future purchases, I'll probably take my business elsewhere (Amazon).

A wide selection of products, fairly reasonable prices, and quick delivery. I work at a fitness center and I encourage many to go to support or check their website.

The product selection is great and ordering can't get any easier. The shipping is prompt and I always receive my order within two business days. I highly recommend these guys!

I know it says it takes 2-7 days to receive it and I have been getting my order in 3 days but recently it’s taking a little longer. As long as I still get it though. I understand you have no control of the postal.

Customer service is good, and they carry products nobody else does. Only negative is that Suppz is very slow to ship compared to other online supplement retailers.

I began buying from Suppz because they carry Nutrabio and Kaged Muscle products. They are faster to ship these products than any other supplements e-retailer I have purchased from. Whenever I have had an issue, I've been able to get fast, courteous service fast. The only odd thing with Suppz is that they tend to be short staffed and delay shipping by a day or two during promos related to events like the Arnold Classic. Seems odd to run a promo then deviate from normal ship times because of understaffing. I've had two experiences like this. Products arrived only a few days later than normal, but now I make a mental note to order elsewhere when there's an event-related promo, which is only a few times per year. Otherwise, I'm a very faithful Suppz customer, and have no plans to change. Great small business!

Product came after a week when I got their free two day shipping. Got what I wanted just took way to long.

Although we love the product, it is often damaged. Almost every bottle has capsules that have either exploded or were not coupled properly.

Was sent an email from Suppz.com that products with DMAA were going up. They gave this reason saying that was why they were increasing their prices on DMAA products. The email stated "Just add any of the select non DMAA products below to your cart and get 20% off instantly!' Then they listed categories such as fat burners you could click on. This is very MISLEADING!! So obviously bought several of my fat burners believing Suppz.com would eventually run out. When I did not see the 20% come off my order, I called customer service. She told me to take a snapshot of the email, send it to customer service with my order # and the amount would be deducted off the bill. If she had listened and looked into my question, she could of notified me of the confusion. Then I would have NOT ordered from Suppz.com and purchased from either of the 2 other sites I found the SAME product CHEAPER !! I relied on Suppz.com giving me the best price since I had been a customer for a long time. Even if I had gotten the 20% off the Hydroxyelite from Suppzcom, it still would of been "more expensive." Supplement Warehouse had the fat burner cheaper even coming with a free product AND a military discount. Best Nutrition also had the fat burner cheaper AND came with a military discount. Sad using misleading tactics on long time loyal customers. . .

Great 2 day shipping with some of them best supplements.

I order from Suppz roughly once every 3-4 months and am always incredibly satisfied with my experience. Once in a while something may come up like being out of stock of an item I've ordered, but they always make it right. Shopping is also incomparably fast, as all but one order was delivered within 2 days, sometimes even next day! Suppz has earned my support and is always my first choice in workout supplements.

Everything I've ordered from them so far has been potent and exactly as described on the site. The free shipping option always arrives within a week. I will continue to be a customer
