Unacceptable, the first time that I ordered they took money for a ‘subscription’ that I didn’t know.. I ordered again (my fault) on April and they took again money from my bank account today

Absolute con artists. Put you into a £39.99 a month subscription in the small print. Supposed to get a package for your subscription which I have cancelled but not until they had taken my money. Haven’t received a package. Ignore emails. Should be illegal and be shut down.

Scam alert! I recieve my order and its not same as the photo plus I recieve a wrong item promised fhat they will give a new one and no one gets back until now . Please be aware of this company

To cancel your subscription go to manage orders and you will find cancel subscription thank god I found this website that warned me about that I don’t know if I will actually receive the mobile case but that’s the least of my problems I just saved 49€

The site and products look legit, but when you order you automatically are subscribing to a monthly fee. (That they do NOT write anything about) This subscription doesn’t actually do anything for you, they just steal your money.

I recieved my cases after 50 days and I did not get the cases that I ordered. And the customer services is TERRIBLE!! No help or refund at all.
STAY CLEAR !!!

So unlike most people, I did actually receive my case! It did take over 12 days to arrive which was expected.

One thing I realised tho after ordering, is that the website signs you up for a subscription when you order so make sure to cancel it as soon as you have placed your order.

One thing as well when my case arrived the top part of the case is cracked.

I paid only £7 so I wasn’t that fussed if it did arrive or not.

The case is good quality and I am happy with my purchase

So like the title says, when I ordered a phone case, it took money from my account, but it said it failed, plus I never received a confirmation e-mail. I even contacted their support, but got no reply. So I just assumed it was scam. Then weeks later (today) I received the phone case.

So I'll rate them 4/5 due to me still receiving the product I paid for, but to get it to 5/5, their service needs to be improved / fixed.

They have used my card on a site named "Codelingo.store" and charged me $49.

Dont EVER buy from there. They will take money from your bank account, and give you a payment membership you dont have said yes to. I have to closed my card and bank. Supra cases work with other companys, there will take money from your bank. A gamer site.
I also send it to the police.

Fraud, didn’t receive anything, they also steal your bank details and make random purchases across their other fake websites. Avoid buying anything from here whatsoever.

This is a scamming company! I made an order for 3 iPhone cases, because there’s an offer where you buy 2 cases and get one for free. After my checkout I look at the tracking link and to my big surprise I see, that there’s only 2! So after my checkout they simply removed one case, and my country even got changed on my information details too. I write the support to let them know, and they won’t help me at all. So watch out! This is a scamming company, you probably won’t even get them either! It seemed suspicious, but I wanted to try. Now I know, that I was right. This was too good to be true. Scammers!
