Terrible service and a cheep product sold for quite a bit of money.

The Suprella I ordered as a bithday present for my husband was deliverd 2 MONTHS later. Then, a couple of weeks later, a second Suprella was deliverd, which we had not ordered. The umbrella is cheaply made, a good idea badly realized. Now, Suprella wants us to either pay for the second delivery or send it back. At whose cost? Not mentioned. They only say that we either keep it and pay it, or we mail it back. I suppose to China, where it came from (they say its a German product)? Of course, we will be waisting neither any more money nor any more time on this.

German design but made in & shipped from China!

Ordered a Suprella Pro as I liked the design and that it was from Germany. 6 weeks later I received the umbrella very poorly packaged. Was in working condition but I noticed it came from China. Went online and realized I could have bought one for $20 US instead of $60 US with many more designs to choose from. Tried to find a returns policy....nowhere to be found. My advice.......go to "AliExpress" and search upside down umbrella to get your umbrella. I think that is where mine came from but paid SuprellaPro way more money to be the middle man!

Money gone no umbrellas! Cheated!

Bought 2 umbrellas total $134.37 inclusive international shipping on 31 October 2016. Suppose to be Christmas presents. Said 4-6 weeks shipping. November 25, got an email which say shipment on the way with tracking that doesn't work. After writing to support, I got an email from them on 19 December say shipment delayed but download cards to tell them that their presents will be coming. I contacted support again and they gave me a new email with another tracking no on December 21st saying shipment on the way. Via some china post and the tracking does work but it is in Chinese and you have to click on English options which looks like some automated translation taking place. Far800.com website. On 29 December I got another email saying shipment update. When you track it says the shipment was picked up in China on 2 January and delivered and signed for on 3rd January. I'm in Singapore. This is impossible. Subsequent contact through Suprella Facebook only got reply to contact Support. I have contacted support by email 3 times and only get automated response saying my request is being looked at but no concrete response with feedback on what they are going to do. I asked for a refund. Also no response. I find this is unethical. I had purchase from Kazbrella in the end and Kazbrella service was very fast and I got my umbrellas in less than 2 weeks and it was cheaper! Buyer beware. I have also read some other unfavorable comments on their Facebook page but they deleted it.
