PLEASE AVOID!!!!

This company is a scam! They should be thrown in jail!! They have charged me $201.65 for a lifetime membership I did not ask for. After disputing this with my bank on the 1st of March, this site charged me $505.01 without any reason or explanation. They do not even have anything worth that amount. This company is a nightmare and is causing me a lot of problems. I might have to create a whole new account with my bank to avoid future charges after my bank goes after them for the $505.01. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEM! YOU'LL BE STUCK AND THEN SCAMMED!

I just got another $468.53 charge from them, and now I'm taking legal action. I have contacted the FTC and also filed a complaint with Stripe.

Unfortunately, you were affected by a technical issue with our Stripe payment processor, which has led to a number of incorrect and unexplained charges being applied to certain customers—without any new orders or subscriptions being placed. These charges were not intentional, and we are in the process of issuing full refunds for every affected case, including yours.

We want to be absolutely clear: Supreme MIDI does not operate any recurring or automatic billing model for lifetime memberships or other services without direct user authorization. This situation is isolated to Stripe, and we’ve taken immediate action by disabling all new Stripe payments while we work closely with their team to investigate and resolve the issue.

Our other payment vendors remain unaffected and continue to function without issue.

We understand how serious this is and completely support your right to dispute these charges. Please know that we are doing everything we can to make things right as quickly as possible and prevent this from ever happening again.

I commissioned and paid for two custom…

I commissioned and paid for two custom midi files in late December 2024, it is now 1st March 2025 and nothing has been provided.
Communication with Supreme Midi was fantastic until they got the money, after that it is non existent.
I have sent a number of emails to supreme midi and received no reply.
I received an email from trustpilot today 20th April 2025, that Supreme midi had refunded the funds on 14th March 2025 there was also a response from supreme midi including an apology and a statement that they are attempting to rectify the passed issues and improve the service they provide.
I appreciate this gesture from Supreme Midi and as such, I have edited my review.

Criminal

Used to be great, but since December I've requested sub cancellations both via their online form and email, only to be ignored. They keep charging me and won't respond to any communication. Criminal.

We do want to clarify that we provide clear instructions in our Terms of Service on how to cancel recurring payments, including through your payment provider directly. That said, we fully acknowledge that our recent technical issues—particularly with our Stripe payment processor—have made this process less reliable for some users, and for that, we sincerely apologize.

We're working closely with Stripe to resolve these issues and ensure a smooth, transparent billing experience for all customers.

Once great for commissions, but can no longer recommend

Have no clue what that most recent review is on about, because either they’re incredibly lucky or it’s just Mark Whitmore himself

I was commissioning suprememidi/network for custom MIDIs for a good almost two years on a bi-monthly basis give or take. The services used to be great, with regular high quality MIDI uploads, great response time on custom MIDI commissions and decent prices for the quality.

Since around December, everything has gone downhill. I commissioned a MIDI in January and have yet to receive anything still. When I requested the commission, I was given a price and estimated date as per usual, despite the fact that the poor reviews and lengthy time for commissions were already present, as you’ll see in older reviews. The least that could have been done was a prior warning that it could take longer than usual, but nothing. My money was taken without so much as acknowledgement to the site being sold/lack of staff until after the fact.

Now at late February with still no sign of my commission, the only communication coming from threatening a refund that the staff is lacking due to the site being sold, and yet supremeMIDI still sends out promotions on their services to my inbox that they clearly aren’t delivering!

Just a few months ago I would have given this site 5 stars, but it’s currently just a husk of its former self. This recent experience has taken away my trust in the site, which is a shame considering it was one of the only places for good quality custom MIDI commissions.

As things stand currently, do not spend your money on SupremeMIDI.

These guys were great

These guys were great. Very fast support. Helpful in every way. This was my screw up but they treated me professionally and that's all I can ask for.

I am grateful for their service.

More companies should design their support this way.

Once-Great Service Left to Decay

I've been a Lifetime Subscriber to Supreme since 2022, and I would've had nothing but positive things to say before December of last year - the consistent daily uploads were of sound quality, and the custom MIDIs I commissioned were always delivered on-time and well-executed for the price. It is nice having full access to the standard MIDI catalogue on a subscription basis over individual purchases.

However, since early December, daily uploads have stopped entirely with no direct communication as to why, and my most-recently commissioned MIDI is still undelivered about a month and a half over the projected date range, with no response to my email inquiries regarding this. Unless service improves, seek other companies.

The only 5 * reviews you see on here…

The only 5 * reviews you see on here are from Mark Whitmore LOL.. Also you will find that most of the MIDIS here are OF INFERIOR QUALITY. They give a bad name to the true professionals like, PSR TUTORIAL and the like. I tried a three month subscription through PAYPAL. And when it runs out, I won't be renewing it.

This company is absolutely criminal

This company is absolutely criminal. If you make an enquiry for a midi creation, you immediately receive a reply with the price and the payment link. Once payment has been made, you hear nothing more. Even after more than 2 months and repeated enquiries, no reply. This company only wants to cheat and to all interested parties, stay away from this company.

Custom MIDI was never received

I ordered a custom MIDI file in December. Mark Whitmore came back very quickly and I paid the invoice. I was told that it would take between 12 and 22 days. After 22 days I emailed Mark and he came back promptly and said there had been a problem with emails. Since then, and after several emails, nothing. So I got a full refuind from Paypal, who were great. This company is for sale. Avoid and use your money somewhere else.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They started taking payments again 2 years after cancellation. I hadn't accessed the site or used their services at all. They haven't responded to my enquiries so I filed a case with Paypal.

Awful experience.... over £70 for just one file.

This company misleads.
The file my son got was great, but the subscription was for unlimited access, and he could not access anything except the initial one file, and then he could not reaccess. I emailed repeatedly but got fobbed off by Mark Whitmore as he kept saying the subscription was wrong. My son tried everything he could to log in with no success. They are completely moneygrabbing with no thought for people.

Cons.

They take for ever to respond to emails unless it means making money. There is no way to cancel your subscription unless you contact them, I contacted them to cancel my subscription over a year ago and they still have it active and still trying to charge me. Don't trust this website

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. Tried to cancel but they simply keep taking payments and fail to respond to emails. No way to unsubscribe on website. I paid through Stripe who say they do not issue refunds and I should contact the seller. Tried to cancel through my bank with no success. Stuck in a circle which I can't seem to get out of.

I was double charged for one month and

I do want to say that right after I posted this they did contact me and cancelled one of the two subscriptions I wanted cancelled ... there's still another one that they haven't cancelled yet but I did want to acknowledge what they have done.
My original review:
I was double charged for one month and, of course, no response from them.
And though they say you can cancel anytime there is no way to do it ... no button of any kind to cancel.
I had to go to Paypal and cancel them as a payment source.
I'm calling them a scam company ..... plus a lot of their MIDI are bad but that's a different story

paid for a one month pass but they…

paid for a one month pass but they continue to keep recharging and renewing with out our consent. Can't seem to download midi filers either, followed their very ordinary instructional video but still can't find the download tab. We did in the past manage to get a couple of files off them and they are very ordinary to poor.

No unsubscribe button! Contacted them multiple times but no joy; finally had to contact PayPal and ask for them to be removed from my payee lists. Charged for three months but only used them during first month - avoid.
