We are thrilled with our order. The sausages, bacon and burgers look amazing. Excellent quality meats. Great website and reasonably priced. Better quality than the supermarkets. Thank you very much. We will be ordering again.

Still no refund !

Had very poor rump steaks which I complained about and received a £15 refund in the form of a voucher code.
When I tried to use it (much later it must be said) the voucher was not accepted. When I emailed to query this I was told to check their T&Cs on the website, vouchers only valid for 6 months so tough luck.

Really disappointing quality on a couple of relatively recent orders. I've purchased several times and initially was delighted but more recent orders seem to be less flavoursome, more salty and a lot more bready. Time to go elsewhere I'm sorry to say.

Very disappointed. Received our order this morning from whom we thought was Supreme Sausages but now they are Hedges Butchers Ltd. We ordered chilly burgers but received sausages instead. The rest of the order 50% was missing. I phone the company and was informed they are having problems with their new system which they could well be but their Daily Preparation Report have the correct quantity we ordered so I doubt it is their system more like operator error.
The missing items are to be delivered on Tuesday hopefully they will and be correct.
This review is not on the quality of goods which I was told is the same recipe that Supreme Sausages used but the report is on the customer service.
Once we have received the remainder of our order at the moment I doubt we will order anymore from Hedges Butchers Ltd which is sad as we had no problems when the company was Supreme Sausages.

Received my order on 29th July 2022, the burgers were squashed completely out of shape and bonded together. The faggots, nothing like the pictures, were just a block of crushed mush with torn packaging, after reforming them into 6 balls, about the size of meatballs. I cooked one to try and it tasted like stuffing, probably due to it consisting of mainly bread.
I emailed Supreme on 29th, no reply after a week so I emailed them again (8th Aug) still no reply!!
I will never use them again, absolutely disgusting customer service, once they have had your money, they couldn't care less!!

Absolutely class sausages really pleased we will not be going anywhere else now.

I had made a couple of orders before my first review, and a few more since.

The bacon, which was a let down last time, was better. Maybe I was unlucky first time round, as it was better this time, when it came part of a pack . The pork chops are excellent. The best I have had. The sausages remain consistently excellent.

Delivery is prompt, and they use DPD, who are the best courier.

Value is great too, as they regularly have offers or incentives.

I would not normally take time out to rate sausages, but the sausages are deserving of my time.

Today we received our second order within a month, we were so surprised the quality of this company so simple to order online, delivered in days packaged perfectly. Quality of sausage was fantastic meaty full of flavour. We are very health conscious we’re delighted how little fat came from the sausages when cooked keeping that excellent flavours. Chalgrove pork, Cumberland pork, Pork Tomato black pepper, spiced pork and honey, Pork and leek (my favourite) finally one to remember Pork and chilli (fire) lovely with a nice wet cold beer !! Can’t wait for a lovely summer night on the barbecue. Fantastic value. We also had sausage meat burgers diced pork and bacon in our second order which we can’t wait to taste. Highly recommended.
