Nog nooit zo slechte service meegemaakt !

Nog nooit zo slechte service meegemaakt.
Antwoord laat dagenlang op zich wachten, beloftes wordt niet nagekomen!
Heb een Aqua Marina SUP gekocht. Na twee weken lekkage. Oplossing : ik kon hem zelf plakken of naar hun sturen dan sturen ze het naar de leverancier. Gezien dit antwoord al 2 weken op zich heeft laten wachten en ook de tussentijdse mails niet beantwoord werden, wil ik niet weten hoe lang dat duurt! Het was zomer en tussentijdse vervanging was niet mogelijk. Dus ik heb hem terug gestuurd en zou mijn aankoopbedrag terug krijgen. Dit is inmiddels 3 weken geleden. SUP is allang bij hun, afgelopen week nagevraagd, creditfactuur zal dezelfde week komen. Inmiddels weer een week verder... gisteren mail wat stand van zaken is, bijdehandse printscreen van status ontvangen zonder persoonlijke bericht.
Vandaag krijg ik een mail of ik ze wil bellen?! Ja dat wil ik wel! Mevrouw wij hebben van u een SUP retour .... wat moeten we hiermee ????
