Dårlig service og arrogant ejer

Ejeren af shoppen udviser total dårlig købmandskab. Havde købt en hat i webshoppen. Efter nogle dage meldte ejeren ud, at den ikke var på lager, men ville komme hjem efter et par uger. Efter nogle uger fik jeg en mail om at hatten nu var på lager, men kostede mere, end mit oprindelige køb... Derfor havde han annulleret bestillingen, så jeg kunne bestille påny til hele kr. 40 ekstra. Jeg insisterede på, at gennemføre mit køb som allerede tilbudt, aftalt og bekræftet, men fik kun arrogante svar retur. Total dårlig stil og arrogant type som ejer denne forretning. Skal aldrig at handle med ham igen - kan IKKE anbefales.
