Do not engage with this 'business'

Do not do business with Brad. He sold our car for us in March 2026 but never paid us the money. Plenty of excuses, including distance selling rules, he's at the hospital, we didn't sign a form. Then silence. No replies to messages or letters. Next step is small claims. Do your homework before engaging. We didn't and regret it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Firstly, the car came delivered to me absolutely filthy. They had plenty of delivery date choices so could have spent more time making good. The seatbelts were mouldy to say the least. In my first review they replied and stated I needed the car in a rush. This was not true at all.
Secondly, the car begun to have problems within one week of getting the car. First was a leak and second was the alternator. I called them re the leak and they kept promising to get a mechanic to call me back. That never happened despite me ringing three times. We ended up paying for it ourselves. Then the alternator went so I gave them a call again and they again kept promising a mechanic to call back. Eventually they blocked my number. £2k down the drain. I will be seeking legal advice. The car was meant to have 3 months warranty. They’re all smiles and happy faces but they don’t actually do anything they’re meant to AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Shysters

Was in the process of buying a car from some chap called Brad.
I was on my way from Doncaster to Essex when he told me he'd had a better offer.
Not the best way to do business in my opinion.
