Toilet leakage Very prompt call out service.
However, the toilet installed poorly.
Reinstalled by another plumber at considerable expense.
No new pan connector, removed unnecessary wood from wall, replaced fill valve and flexible tap connector.
They did say that they would send the plumber to put right but I just had no confidence in them.
My advice is to avoid this alleged plumber and as a result this company.

Beware. This company does not pay its bills / suppliers. I recommend you stay clear of this company

Based on my experience of this company, I would advise others to avoid them.

They were here for about two hours in total, but sent us an invoice for £1000. We challenged this and without discussing with us they turned up at the house to remove parts from the boiler.

Reviewing the invoice they had miscalculated the number of hours. They had also tried charging us the time to pick up parts, about £300 to pick up parts. We would never have agreed to this if they had told us.

When I rang up to discuss, the guy was very rude.

They also miscalculated the cost of parts, in their favour, and also tried to make us pay for parts that were never fitted.

Plus, the next day we came downstairs and the house smelt of oil. It was leaking still. They did come out and fix this, turning up at a time I said I couldn’t do.

Overall it was a really bad experience. Based on this I would advise others to avoid! If you do use, check your invoice carefully.

Had a leak through my ceiling yesterday. The engineer was polite and tidy. Leak fully repaired and extremely happy with the service.

Related my boiler after the gas valve was leaking. The company sourced the part on the same day and fixed. It was freezing outside so extremely grateful.

Extortionate prices they sent an invoice for parts 1 Vailant diverter valve which retails at £129. amount invoiced £214 when £130 had been agreed with the contractor, £585 total to change 1 diverter valve in the boiler

What started out as a leaky shower turned into a 2.5day new shower installation.
The price was mumbled and turned out to be £+* for half an hour no quote was received. £2,500 for a new shower!!!! The job was fimished and the shower works. I am still 4 weeks later finding pieces of copper pipe off cuts lying around. The contents of the bathroom
Was chucked onto the bed and floor.
Finally after saying the job is guaranteed for a year I receive no reply when emailing as I know it’s still leaking.

I had surefix 123 come out to me after I phoned them and explained that my boiler had stop firing , the person on the phone talked me through the whole procedure of topping up water and resetting the boiler but to no avail! A lovely engineer was out within an hour and I had a leak on a pipe under my ground floor boards and we have a 7ft gap between the floor and our joists .

The firm. It out a section and went under the floor boards and fixed the leaking heating pipe that was filling my void . This was at 2:30am when they had finished .

The price came lower than I expected and really appreciated the help and patience. Thank you guys , hopefully I don’t see you again , but if I do it will be a pleasure as I know I am in good hands

Attended promptly on 17th July and spent about 15-20 minutes 'clearing' a blocked drain with a plunger. It appeared to be cleared immediately afterwards but has become blocked again a few days ago. so the clearance lasted less than two months. No guarantee of work done, no discount if asked to come again. Charged £215 - a call out fee plus two hours work.
This time we will ask a professional company to do it.

I thought this was a local company , unfortunately it’s London based with London Prices

quote X amount then bump up the final bill by a very large amount.
plumber came no part to fit yet tld them it was the syphon 15 minutes to nearest supplier... so 45 minutes max for ordering and travel time there and back.... nope 75 minutes..... parts on invoice£ 68... questioned it... miraculously came down to £28

lets just say they bit off more than they can chew with me.
as usual the old its an emergency plumbing service... yep we know.... well have the decency to phone if your going to be late..
also run through a 3rd part supplier and use local plumbers
ps ... K Davies plumber.... dont use words which i wont put on here in front of my daughter and wife.
As it shows you grip on reality. please feel free to use those in front of me
also wasnt very professional to berate another plumbers work.. as your work is perfect..NOT.

I would highly advise anyone to stay far away from Surefix123. Back in January 2025, I had them fix parts of my boiler, and they charged me an outrageous £455 for a job that should’ve cost no more than £250. After a completely unfriendly and unprofessional conversation, they revised the invoice to £345 and included a one-year warranty, which I reluctantly paid.

Fast forward to today, 9th April 2025, when I contacted them to report the same fault and simply ask for advice. To my complete shock, I was met with the most irrational and uncompromising individual who informed me that my warranty was void because I hadn’t paid the full amount from the initial invoice. I can’t even begin to understand what kind of defense they could possibly offer, but all I know is that Surefix123 is a company you should absolutely avoid. Terrible service, dishonest practices, and a complete lack of customer care. Save your time, money, and sanity by choosing a more reputable company.
