I installed this plugin on a new site about a year ago, and since then, it has returned regular errors when someone tries to submit a form. Every upgrade throws an error. I have to clear the cache all the time. I even excluded SureForms from caching, but it still threw an error the next week. Finally had to give up because my clients are pretty angry! Absolutely not good enough.

Love SureForms for how many types of inputs you can create in its free version (phone number, email, time etc) and for great client side feedback should the fields not been filled correctly. Also the whole form is fully Accessible for screen readers and users only using keyboard for navigation. Highly recommend!! On top of that customer support got back to me nearly instantly when i had some additional questions!!!
