Huge Let Down in Customer Service
Did not like their product. Wanted to return. Asked for a return form on 12/26/25. They still have not sent me a return form as of 1/7/26. They are telling me I have to return the product to China (where it shipped from). All they sent me was the address to return it to. Shipping to China would cost almost triple what the order was for. They have a warehouse in Port Amboy NJ. Wanted to return there, was told that they do not accept returns. On their site it states that returns are free shipping when a return form is filled out. They offered me a 15% refund on my order and a 15% coupon for my next purchase. I do not want to keep the product. I do not like it. I also complained about a $24.00 charge for shipping since I paid that to have it shipped in 3-5 business days from order. The order was placed 12/10 and received 12/26. Why would they allow you to spend the extra money to have it shipped in 3-5 days when they knew it was coming from China. They then said they would give me a refund of the $24.00 with the 15% refund but then no mention of the 15% coupon. Their first initial email to me states that if a return is not processed and received in 30 days a refund will not be made. Seems to me that they are striving for the 30 days.
