Huge Let Down in Customer Service

Did not like their product. Wanted to return. Asked for a return form on 12/26/25. They still have not sent me a return form as of 1/7/26. They are telling me I have to return the product to China (where it shipped from). All they sent me was the address to return it to. Shipping to China would cost almost triple what the order was for. They have a warehouse in Port Amboy NJ. Wanted to return there, was told that they do not accept returns. On their site it states that returns are free shipping when a return form is filled out. They offered me a 15% refund on my order and a 15% coupon for my next purchase. I do not want to keep the product. I do not like it. I also complained about a $24.00 charge for shipping since I paid that to have it shipped in 3-5 business days from order. The order was placed 12/10 and received 12/26. Why would they allow you to spend the extra money to have it shipped in 3-5 days when they knew it was coming from China. They then said they would give me a refund of the $24.00 with the 15% refund but then no mention of the 15% coupon. Their first initial email to me states that if a return is not processed and received in 30 days a refund will not be made. Seems to me that they are striving for the 30 days.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. It's been 25 days since I ordered some slipcovers and, although delivery was supposed to take up to 21 days, the package has not yet left China. I have a feeling I've I just lost $114.

DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE COVERS FROM SUREIX …

If I could give a lower score than one star I would have given a zero. I ordered a loveseat and ottoman cover from Sureix. Total garbage. I paid almost $100 for the two items based on the great reviews. It took over a month since they are based in China with no US warehouse. When I contacted them for a return they first told me it will be VERY expensive and take a long time to return since I have to send the items to China. The return address on the package I received is Geathers Fottye, Chicago IL. This operation is a forwarding service which is also associated with "brushing" scams. It will coast more than the $100 to return these items so I basically wasted my money.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned!

2/14/25 I also submitted a review on the sureix website, and it's not posted. The only reviews posted are 5 stars. This company is not to be trusted.

I bought a chair cover for my recliner…

I bought a chair cover for my recliner that supposedly had a non-stick backing to help it stay in place. The cover slid all over my chair not staying in place at all. I contacted customer service about returning it for a refund. No dice they wanted pictures and when i responded that I wanted a refund not jumping through more hoops. I got silence. Also you could tell the response had been written by a AI not a person. I will never do business with them again.

Purchased a sofa cover back in early…

Purchased a sofa cover back in early December 2022, as of almost the end of January still waiting. Ship tracking indicates that the order has not yet been picked up by carrier. Submitted an inquiry to the company and received no response.
