My cat flap was under 2 years old and the door broke - a replacement was sent free of charge the same day with links to youtube to help install, but the instructions that came with it were super clear anyway. Excellent customer service from Judith and the team.

Fantastic customer service. Its a little disappointing that the motor of one of my microchip feeders started to fail after only 4 months, but it was replaced free of charge. I received the new unit the next day

One of the buttons broke off on our nearly 10 year old Pet flap. Customer service were excellent and sent out a new part which arrived within days and was easy to fix myself using just a screwdriver.

This companies aftercare is wonderful and second to none. I have used SureFlap cat doors for many years and occasionally I require spare parts. All I do is phone the helpline, give the serial number of the unit and the spare is on its way

I do love the Sure Petcare range and after very successful installation of the cat flat I decided to purchase the water station too. I have watched my cat drink from it but it has not registered and then there are times it does register he has taken a drink. Just not quite as reliable as the cat flat is and I cannot find a way to troubleshoot it. But I like its design and my cat likes drinking from it. Just does not seem to work quite as well

We bought a Surepet microchip cat flap back in 2019 after our boy cat Lemmy was extremely ill with FIC (feline idiopathic cystitis), following a neighbour's cat getting into our home. We bought and fitted the cat flap, Lemmy recovered and he felt much more secure.
Moving to 2026, our cat flap has just recently stopped locking from the outside, so I contacted customer services.
It is very rare to be met with CS reps that really know their products and how they work. We were talked through the troubleshooting and then literally two days later received a new camshaft in the post, with full instructions, both written and via video link.
We fitted it but it still didn't work. So we were asked for photos, and we sent a video also, but sadly she is not longer working and it's not repairable. So we've just ordered another, exactly the same model so it should be an easy swap and we look forward to many years use again for both of our cats, Scout is just learning to use a cat flap.
I can't praise the CS enough, I really can't. Quick replies, great knowledge and so polite and friendly. My daughter is now after one of their auto feeders for Scout who insists that her food is covered in between snacks!!!

Excellent service. Rang the support number for a cat tunnel, extremely helpful, sending me the link to the one I required to fit the cat flap. Next day delivery. Well packaged. Excellent quality, fit for purpose. Will definitely used them again just for the simplicity in ordering and receiving my goods.

Great product, I've been using a Catmate petdoor for several years now. One tiny piece broke a few days ago, and I contacted the customer service. They were incredibly helpful and only I few day later I did get a new part in my mailbox. A few minutes later, the petdoor was working perfectly again. Thank you, you're amazing !

Bought a catflap connect and once installed we realised there was a fault with registering entry and exit of our car. Kim, Margaux & Philip from the customer service team all did an exceptional job of properly troubleshooting the problem, first sending a replacement part and eventually replacing the entire unit with everything delivered the next day.

We have two cats and we bought the smart cat feeder to keep the one from eating the other cat‘s food. We have been super happy with it and how it works and have been happy with the customer support that helped us fic an issue when it wasn’t working the way it should have.
