As a disabled chronically ill woman passing unhelpful comments like "this is badly packed", "what can you leave" and "the boxes are too small" and when we'd reply we'd get "that's not my problem was very aggressive and hostile.
They were very unhelpful and made me feel very uncomfortable when they arrived at the other end to the point of tears.

One of the drivers was very hostile and started telling me “that I hear you made the booking” and proceeded to tell me that I was only supposed to have 15-20 boxes and none of the furniture. Which he says was wasn’t on his list and that he did me a favour for taking it this morning. I told him that I tried to give you an accurate list and was told as long as it fit in the Luton van that should be fine. I can’t help feel he was pushing for more money.

Stefan and Silviu were very quick and efficient. I would definitely use them again for another removal!

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Liam who I spoke to about the quote was excellent at communicating with me, always responded SUPER fast and checked in throughout. The the move itself could not have gone smoother, the guys were really nice and put me at ease, they checked in with me on how things should be and made sure everything went into the right place at the other end. I've never had such a good experience with movers, truly 5* experience. Shout out to James, George and Mike for a stellar removals experience! To top it off I also received the cheapest quote from Sure Removals and was given details on the size of the van (many companies wouldn't do this which is always worrying when you've got a long drive between houses). 10/10 would recommend and use again

Great removal service - Andrew, Silviu and Armando were friendly, hardworking and efficient. They moved everything with no breakages and dismantled and put together our wardrobes and bed with no problems. Highly recommended!

I moved from Hertford to St Albans last week using Sure Removals and can not speak highly enough of them. The two movers that I had, Stefan and Silviu, were absolutely brilliant: polite, hard-working, considerate, and had a real ‘can-do’ attitude that took all the stress out of my move. We had quite a tricky move as we had a week between moving out and moving in to our new property. Sure Removals assisted us with collection, storage and re-delivery within very small time frames and this was an immense relief that our valuables were in safe hands. The moving teams were friendly, and exceptionally fast and efficient.

Sure Removals Cosmin and Alex, moved us from a 3 bed terrace. They were timely, efficient and helpful, always looking for solutions not problems. Dismantled items where necessary for moving. No breakages and they arrange for temporary storage until Silviu and Armando delivered furniture to new property without fuss and professionally. Many thanks

Excellent service. Silvio, Armando and Cosmin worked so fast and efficiently. Very friendly, polite and courteous. Turned up punctually. They took really good care of fragile items, especially my American fridge freezer which needed the doors removing. Nothing was a problem. Very efficient and helpful service from Liam in the office. The whole thing ran like clockwork without any hitches. Moving day itself ran like a dream. I can't recommend them highly enough. Worth every penny.

Called last minute and they were able to accommodate with a reasonable price, they were on time, quick, kind and efficient. Will be keeping there details for all my home moves.
