The highest level of cover at the lowest price fir 2 years running, the staff are easy to get in touch with and very efficient at their jobs. All round a great experience.

When it came to renewing my car insurance SureThing was about £200 cheaper than all other providers. It was quick and easy to register but once registered you are trapped. If you want to make any changes to your policy you are charged excessive fees. When it comes to making a claim be prepared to deal with making a ton of calls (that are charged at higher rates) to at least 3 different companies who do not talk to each other. Each claim takes in excess of 5 weeks to sort out and that's only if you keep chasing them. The customer service is rude and pointless as is the incident handler (who rarely picks up the call). SureThing are a broker and therefore do not sort out the claim, they pretty much wash their hands
after logging the claim. They send the claim to an underwriter to sort out who then gets an independent garage to give a quote who then send to someone else to do the actual work. Additionally unless it's a road accident ( break ins and theft do not count) you do not get a courtesy car even though you pay for this...yes 5 weeks of no car. I had to hire a loan car while these cowboys sorted out the claim. At the end of your insurance they remove your no claims in order to charge you even more for a renewal. STAY AWAY if you value your time, money and sanity. Dealing with these guys after registration will raise your stress levels expodentally especially if you need to claim. I would never use this company again.

I made two claims for a stolen catalytic converter over 10 and 9 months ago and SureThing are still blaming me for it and are not settling either claims even though I have provided proof that I was at work on both occasions. It is only that I am about to end my policy that I have managed to get any respond from SureThing and the response is that they are taking away my no claims as these are unsettled claim. I have contacted your customer service and all I get is "we have to reduce your no claims until cases are settled " which conveniently for SureThing will not be done before the expiry of my insurance and therefore I'm left out of pocket and with no claims to move to another provider. SureThing is nothing but a joke, a complete scam company.

I have used Sure Thing for a number of years now and found them to be excellent. Their quotes are competitive and when my car broke down they quickly sent out a recovery service. I will use them again.

I renewed my insurance this year with Sure Thing as I found it easy simple and safe, they was also very helpful with listening to me when I pointed out other cheaper options and they was willing to understand and do something about it.

Quote was over £200 cheaper than my renewal quote. Very easy, seamless exercise, great communication. Just be aware of all the extras, my driver protection cover for the whole of last year with my previous Insurer was only £5, I am now paying almost the same per month with Sure Thing.

so far so good, no issues at getting policy set up dead easy in fact, all done with the aid of my phone and a picture for no claims. Took no more time than you are prepared to give.
Can't give 5 stars because I haven't used the service yet, mind I hope I never need to claim; but I suppose 5 stars for ease of setting up policy, and cost and don't for get to check out excellent excess costs, best I have seen on most policies.

I have recently change to Sure Thing Insurance and I have to say it was a very easy & pleasant dealing with this company. From filling out forms to completing the final stage I found them and there website very user friendly & very efficient I would high recommend Sure Thing to anybody thinking of moving Insurance Companies.
