Surface 360, previously known as The Deck Tile Co, were the first company in the UK to specialise in the supply and installation of 20mm porcelain floor tiles for raised access paving applications. We’ve been designing, supplying and installing balcony, roof terrace and patio flooring for more than 14 years now. The knowledge and experience we’ve gained through the specification, supply and installation of tens of thousands of metres of 20mm porcelain, guarantees customer peace of mind. For raised applications we have a range of supports, including our fire-rated pedestals. These provide unmatched fire resistance, supporting over 5 tonnes per pedestal, with versatile installation options for raised access flooring Our attention to detail on every flooring project, regarding the design and layout, ensures hassle free installations and near to zero complications. Accurate take-offs not only ensures the correct quantities of paving arrive on site, but also that the correct heights and quantities of pedestals and perimeter tension springs are specified, taking into account both the existing (waterproofing) and proposed (paving) surface falls. .

First class support

“Unfortunately, some of the products arrived damaged. I had ordered the Star.T 0 Paver Support Pads, which are height‑adjustable from 10–15 mm, for a weekend project. The damage was likely due to the small quantity not being palletised.
I contacted the team, and they immediately arranged a DHL reshipment, which arrived within 24 hours.
They completely saved the project, and for a DIY customer rather than an industrial buyer, this level of attentiveness and support was outstanding. Great product and a great team.”

Cannot recommend enough.

Amazing customer service.

The experience was great Fiona helped with our initial enquiry and Barry made sure we had the correct amount of pedestals and provided drawings so it was clear and straight forward. I placed the order with Jessica who was amazing and arranged delivery for the most convenient time for ourselves, there was a slight issue with the delivery and even though it was Jessica's day off she went above and beyond to quickly rectify this.

Great company to use, always go the extra mile to help with enquirys, great quality tiles lovely friendly staff, huge shout out to Jess whose customer service is 10/10.

Exceptional Customer Service

Unfortunately we couldn't find the right solution for my very small and awkward patio, but the customer service from Jess was really great, helpful, proactive, informative and generally made me feel like I was just as valued as someone with a much bigger budget. I recommend.

Excellent service and products

We use surface 360 for all our roof terrace projects. The quality of the products are excellent and if you have any queries there is always someone at the end of the phone. We have always experienced a professional and friendly service and the staff have always went out there way to help us.

Outstanding service.

Fiona and the team at Surface 360 are brilliant. We have used them to supply and install a complex pedestal roof garden patio and supply only on various projects. The technical team are always available for any queries. Outstanding service!
