I will never buy another Arris product again.
There are two ways to connect to and manage a router- the web interface and the surfboard central app. The web interface appears to be accurate. The app is borderline useless. It doesn’t show all the devices on the network. It doesn’t correctly identify all the devices it does show. It is slow to update current status.
There is zero customer support. There used to be a “community” where you could post questions, but now even that is gone. There is phone support, but only if your product is still under warranty.
