They sell poor quality shower tray that cracks after a while. Do not buy from them. They would not consider my request for refund . Costing me more now to replace the tray they sold me. Cowboys

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

I purchased two vertical anthratic radiators from this company in January 2021, which are fitted to the kitchen.

Most manufacturers of this type of radiator offer a 20 year warranty.

In March 2025 I contacted the supplier of the radiators explaining both had developed rust around the bleed valve and one of the bottom valves. The paintwork had rusted away to the point one had developed a leak.

The advice from the company was to use ‘anti-rust’ paint and PTFE tape. That is of absolutely no use.

I have repeatedly requested a copy of the warranty which they have failed to provide, stating rust isn’t covered.

They have offered me 30% discount if I buy another radiator from them.

The company is disgraceful. The product they supply is faulty and refuse to provide you with a copy of the warranty when a product develops a fault.

AVOID at all cost !!!

Well I only wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing a shower door and side panel from this outfit. Zero customer care, disconnected land line for customer support and business address in different city! We ended up throwing the screen in one of the skips on site as we had spent far too long trying to get any help from these people. Non existent instructions with screens and metal trims that were the wrong size which made us question how correct it was as a complete unit. (It wasn’t).
Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.
You have been warned !!!!

I was concerned at trustmarqe reviews on these but they had what I wanted so asked a lot of questions and took the gamble ! They were fine, very helpful up front, answered everything I asked quickly and politely, not pushy at all, the wet room screen turned up on time, complete, as described and no problems, instructions were ok and it fitted well.
So from my experience I have no hesitation recommending them !

Bought an over the bath shower screen.
Awful design. Fitter said it was absolutely terrible to fit. Wasn’t what I hoped it would be
It was £45. Pay cheap, pay twice!
But saying that the customer service wasn’t bad as I was missing a part and they responded immediately and offered to to send the part out.
But my fitter sorted it and didn’t need it in the end.
No I wouldn’t buy from these again sadly

This company is a scam! Do not use this company, reported an issue after 6 weeks with a faulty shower, however after false promises of a replacement on the way, they never sent one, and now they are refusing to refund.

Absolutely shocking company, bought radiators from them Via their eBay store. Ended up rusting and leaking after less than 2 years. Contacted them to discuss getting them repaired or replaced under the lifetime warranty
and apparently the time had passed so nothing they could do! It’s a lifetime policy and there’s was no mentions of this being an exclusion in the t&c. Avoid!!

Placed an order with this company on EBAY for a shower Enclosure on 26 .04.2023.Today 3rd May still waiting.In morning received text message at 9:24 that my item going to deliver in 25 Minutes but now 5hours passed and still no delivery did many message to seller through ebay no response at all.I'm shocked how come these peoples has 100%feedback .They must doing something or manipulating the ebay feedback system.MY Advice don't fall for there 100%feedback other wise will go through big Hassel.

Don’t know why people are knocking this company? We had fantastic service! Shower delivered perfectly in three days, so easy to put together. Just as advertised. Really good value for money. Had a hiccup with a trim (not the company’s fault!) but they replaced it free of charge in four days. How good is that!!! Good quality shower; great value for money; and even better customer service! I’m in property renovation and will definitely use them again! Thanks for great service!

Disgusting how this company con us out of money for items you will not receive. They will not refund your money either. Shop local if you can. They are scammers.They go buy the name of Aica also.

I’m sad to see so many negative reviews also really interesting that the people leaving neg reviews seem to be serial negative reviewers, I can honestly say Surfing Showers or whoever they trade as have been nothing but great i their service. They have sold me a solid, beautiful and sophisticated product. It is designed well and looks excellent in situ.
I appreciate previous customers have had a bad experience but SS have really stepped up to the mark, their communication to me about delivery was flawless and kept me informed the whole step of the way.
Maybe people leaving reviews need to be more patient or check their items on delivery.

Great company and great service, I would definitely use again.
I had an issue with one of the radiators, these things happen no one was at fault or to blame, a new one was sent out within a few days with no questions asked.

Promised delivery did not happen, the next promised delivery did not happen and the builder told us they only deliver to this region on a Friday - today is now Friday and nothing. The phone number found for this company does not get answered.
I greatly fear I have been scammed!!

They are an ABSOLUTE joke and sell cheap items not FIT FOR USE. EBay need to remove this company immediately as their giving eBay a bad reputation. I will escalate this as far as I can. This companies poor reputation and disgusting customer service is all over Trust Pilot. I should have read them first before using this company. I have solid evidence in my messages of their communication and lack of duty or care!!!

As previous reviewers have said, the product is cheap & there is no AfterSales support.
Also called OnlineShowers, AicaBathrooms.
No one answers the phones, no one replies to emails.
I'm within the guarantee period (they only trust their product for TWO YEARS!), but I can't get my money back due to being ignored.
But... If you enquire as a new customer, they get back to you within 24 hours!
My shower tray surface came away from the concrete base within about 50 uses. What I thought were anti-slip bubbles on the surface when I bought it, was blistering from a poorly made product.
I now have to remove the tiles, enclosure, tray, replace the flooring, remove the toilet & sink so it can be lifted out, purchase a new tray (from a reputable company!) & pay someone to put it all back again.
I'm beyond annoyed & very much out of pocket.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS also trade on eBay as online showers same address same Acia products. Paid for an enclosure then on the day of delivery had an email saying cannot deliver reason-Other, whatever the hell that means. Do not respond to eBay messages, googled them & found a number for customer services that doesn’t appear to take incoming calls!! Absolute sham avoid at all costs!!!

These scammers
don’t sell what they advertise. A completely different crap quality door that looks nothing like the one advertised. No replies to messages.
Useless. They should be banned from trading. Absolute rip off. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I purchased a shower screen £126 pound with free postage. The next day I received a email in broken engilish stating that the free delivery was not to my area and the required another 100 postage or they will cancel my order. I am still waiting on my refund, its companies like this one that puts people off buying at ebay!
