Crew was not very motivated

Crew was not very motivated, a lot of money for very little service.
Surf lessons were okay, mostly kids were helped by instructors, adults sort of had to fend for themselves.
Crew was feeling very hip and happening, except when they had to help carrying boards, did not lift a finger and let the "guests" do the work. They even mentioned multiple times that everyone should help (except themselves apparently) Maybe because we were in the last week, and they were all tired. But you got the feeling that they rather not be bothered by the customers. They had a lot of interaction with each other, and would ignore you while you were waiting to buy a coffee (or would snap that you had to bring your own cup, which they didn't mention anywhere). For that amount of money, mehh. Food was okay, not too special. Overall, better communication would be nice, if your lesson ended late, you had to rush to join for dinner. "Management" said they would take it into account, in the end they did not. So no, I had fun trying surfing, but I could have gone to Biscarosse and rented a tent and gotten surf lessons for half the price (there were tons of lessons available) No idea what exactly I paid for here.
