Went to surgero for a hair transplant in March 2024. Awful experience. Surgery was performed by 2 people (sub contracted) that didn’t speak English and made me feel like a piece of meat.
The results were poor. I was told that bald areas would grow back as they were ‘closely shaved’. Absolute rubbish. Those bald areas have never grown back. I’m going to have to pay a lot of money to have a new transplant. As nice as the 2 owners / managers were , I was at the mercy of 2 really horrible people who didn’t give a crap.

Dr. Besir at Surgero took the time to understand my specific goals and concerns. They tailored the procedure to my individual needs.

I am definitely satisfied with my experience with Surgero. To start out, my assistants were very attentive, and fairly quick to answer any message I would send them. My doctor, Dr. Besir, did a beautiful and natural job with my nose, and listened to my concerns, and came with his own professional view, about how to give me the best possible result. The hotel Surgero had me stay at, was a very lovely hotel, with cheap room service. The hotel was filled with other people who had also had a surgery recently, which made it way more comfortable to walk around in the hotel. Overall I would say it has been a good experience, with nice staff and a good result. I recommend.

i had a hair transplant at surgero and the experience was excellent! the team was really thorough and professional. i felt totally comfortable the whole time. nur filming the entire process made it feel a lot more personal and now i have a cool video of the experience. can't wait to see the full results haha!

I visited Surgero for dental work in May 2024, travelling from London to Istanbul.

They were so accommodating, everything was easy to follow, any questions that I had were addressed and even though I visited by myself they made me feel safe and secure. The itinerary was clear and as I had to get back and couldn’t stay for the entire week, they scheduled everything within good time allowing parts to heal before moving to the next stage.

I had alot of anxiety about dentists in general, the dentists were amazing, made me feel so comfortable which helped a lot throughout my process.

I would 100% recommend them to anyone. The care & dental work were 10/10. Everything was stress free, a shuttle was arranged for all my travel and the hotel staff were great in regards to anything I needed during my stay to help me feel content.
10/10 service, amazing people, great work and even better price wise.

The package was very comprehensive – from airport pickups to the hotel stay , transfers between hotel-hospital.
