I don’t know why my review has been removed but honestly avoid this place stinking dirty I spent over £2000 to leave the hospital before surgery was started they honestly don’t care about you or the money you lose because they just want your money. No toilet tissue no towel bathroom bin had blood stained dressing left in it. Husband moved chair that he was supposed to sleep on it was broken and behind it must have never been cleaned. No blood pressure taken or temperature they where just taking me to theatre my husband ask about taking my blood pressure so they sent for someone to do it believe me the look on there faces was awful you could tell it was to much hard work. AVOID LIKE THe PLAGUE. Thank god i spoke to some people who was going there but are not now i would never want people to lose as much as i did and get such a bad experience

I had surgery, an arm lift, in February of 26. The experience was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and Sahan and Hamza were especially helpful. Dr Uzner did a great job on my arms and I am very happy with the results. I came back for a tummy tuck and back lift on June 29th. Unfortunately it turned out there was a problem with my liver enzymes, which they explained to me and it was not safe to do the surgery. I planned to return home immediately however my airline service center was not open. They were all so kind to me and let me stay in the hospital room while I waited to make arrangements, and even brought me lunch. As it turned out I was unable to change my ticket. Again, they were all so kind and helpful. They escorted me to the hotel and helped me make arrangements to stay. So what was supposed to be a surgery turned into a vacation for me. Again,they did not abandon me. They have continued to check on me and make sure I am ok, arranged a tour for me and will be taking me back to the airport. All of the money I paid for the surgery was refunded, except the small deposit....which is reasonable to pay for blood work, hospital room and transfers to and from airport/hotel. I highly recommend surgery TR...they look after you no mater what!!

From the first conversation till the end of my surgery every thing was 100% .. was looked are great from all the hospital staff .. Food was great,private room great ,if I needed anything it was only a press of a button and they were there ... i would say if your thinking about getting surgery then DO not hasatate in getting in touch with them
you will NOT regret it .....

I have been with this company several times now over the years and went through 7 successful procedures with not 1 complication. Please do not read other reviews of people negatively bashing this company. There are "Karen's" all of the world and absolutely bound to leave reviews as they negatively do. Please bare in mind any light of negative reviews either were too snooty to even follow through with the operation and turned their nose upon arrival lol. Older people with too much high expectations cant be faulted for their own ways but please use this company if you are looking for a comfortable, reassuring and looked after experience. Hospital is extremely clean im sure if there is "dust behind a pull out bed" its really not the end of the world. The hospitals are extremely sanitary and precautions are made to keep it this way. Of course there may be a language barrier. You dont speak Turkish so please dont assume and expect everyone to speak English thats an extremely unfair assumption. But then again we live in 2026 it takes probably 4 seconds to pull out your phone and use Google translate if you must elaborate on something. Overall surgeons are lovely company is straight forward and to the the point. Don't be expecting 10 star service and to waited on hand and foot. Like you are royalty. Unfortunately that is the expectations of some. You will be treated with 5 star service as you should and looked after with care and love. Currently about to book again ❤️

07 May 2024 i had my proceedure but i wasnt given this fate as an option...
I am writing this review because my experience has left me physically, emotionally and financially devastated.
I had breast augmentation and liposuction procedures carried out around two and a half years ago, and I am still living with the consequences every day. My breasts were left clearly uneven and asymmetrical, and the liposuction has left me with ongoing pain, permanent scarring, uneven results and visible damage to my body.
I raised concerns from day one, but I was repeatedly reassured that everything was normal and that the final result would look fine within 6 to 8 months. Sadly, that never happened. Two and a half years later, my body has not healed into the result I was promised, and I am now seeking legal representation so I can pursue a claim and hopefully have these botched procedures corrected. Nothing has been offered to properly put this right.
The aftercare I received was extremely poor. I was not given enough pain medication and, only a few days after surgery, I was forced to buy my own medication because I was in so much pain. Once the money had been paid, I did not feel properly cared for, supported or listened to.
This has destroyed my confidence and deeply affected my personal life. I feel too embarrassed for anyone to see my body, and I feel unable to start a relationship because of how ashamed and self-conscious I now feel. What should have been a procedure to improve my confidence has instead left me traumatised, scarred and living with regret every single day.
I would urge anyone considering surgery to be extremely careful, to research thoroughly, to document everything, and to make sure they understand what aftercare and accountability will actually be provided if things go wrong. In my experience, once the payment was made, the support and responsibility were simply not there.

Surgery TR are the absolute best. The whole experience from beginning to end was smooth, comfortable, convenient, accommodating, just great all around. I got a mommy makeover and am happy with the services provided, the surgery itself and the kindness of all the staff. I highly recommend Surgery TR if you are interested in any cosmetic surgery procedure.

The care of organising every taxi and pick up is second to none. Updates are always confirmed well in advance. No question was not answered thoroughly. The hotel was first class. I had a king size suite, comfortable bed and choice of pillows. The staff were always friendly and welcoming.
Hamza my interpreter met me on the morning of my operation. He was so lovely, had a very caring, calming and kindness about him.
He explained everything in detail and I honestly don’t know how I would have got through the whole time without him.
I went for a mummy makeover,whilst doing the tummy tuck the surgeon found a hernia and because it is a hospital there is always staff on duty. He called the General surgeon who dealt with hernia which could have been life threatening in the future.
The surgeon spoke good English and explained everything after and feel very lucky!
Dr Orhan was very professional was at every checkup and felt he really cared.
His assistant Buse was so nice explaining exactly what he was doing at check ups and what I would need to have done once home.
I felt totally safe here and didn’t have to worry about anything.
I would definitely advise this hospital because I would feel comfortable if any of my family were to decide to get a procedure this is 1st class.
Gulsen who I interacted with from the start was very supportive and kept me updated as the journey progressed.
Thank you to all the hospital staff also they were heroes as well.

When i travelled from the U.K. for my surgery being nervous and apprehensive was being experienced. The guys at TR Surgery were amazing. It was like having family members guiding you and looking after you. Amazing experience Thanks to TR Surgery. Very highly recommend these people!

Excellent and the workers they are helpful nice people. Even I try to understand them it was challenge a little with the language. A Part from that it’s all good thanks to Damla and hamza they are great. An the nurses.

I flew to Istanbul from scotland in april 26, uk to have 4 procedures done.i booked everything through Surgery Tr.
So glad i was in the best hands.
Surgery Tr took care of everything from our immediate pick up when we landed to our beautiful hotel to accompanying me to and from my hospital appointments and making sure i was comfortable and all was well.surgery tr always promptly answered any questions i had and kept in touch from start to even after i came back home always asking how i was ect.i would deffo recommend Surgery Tr to anyone thinking of coming to turkey for surgery

Surgery TR has been amazing, right from the beginning. Sahan contacted me about my surgery and I can honestly say that since that day, he has supported me through my entire journey. Hamza has also been incredible. They have helped ease my nerves, answered all of my questions, spoke to the hospital on my behalf and also helped me during my stay in the hotel. Nothing has been too much to ask and they are both so polite and caring.
The hotel was also lovely, clean and trendy. The staff were very accommodating, omar really looked after us. I have already recommended Surgery TR to friends in the UK and im planning my next surgery already! Thank you so much.

Please avoid nose surgery. My nose is botched by one of the surgeons who is working with this company. They were supposed to get back To me to speak about the possibility of revision however they never got back to me and they are not responding to my messages. Absolutely ridiculous. My surgery was in September 2024

Update 27/04/26 - the company got back to me with my query and what was offered to me is a revision surgery for £1000 or £2000 including the hotel which is completely unacceptable. The doctor replied that the surgery went really well and it’s my fault as I haven’t done the massage properly. It’s a joke. I’ve been massaging my nose as advised. My septum is deviated, nose is crooked and there’s a bone sticking out. When I touch my nose I can feel a couple of holes. A revision rhinoplasty with a different doctor will be expensive in this case.

I had a tummy tuck and 360 liposuction with Surgery TR and honestly I cannot recommend them enough.

From the very beginning, they were so communicative and answered every single question and hesitation I had before booking. I was naturally nervous about travelling abroad for surgery but they made me feel reassured every step of the way.

As soon as I landed at the airport, I was picked up quickly in a luxury car which instantly made me feel less stressed and more looked after. I then went straight to the hospital for my pre op appointments where everybody was so friendly, professional and welcoming. The minute I arrived, I felt at ease.

The hospital itself was incredible. It was spotless, modern and really nice. On the day of surgery, I met with my surgeon who was amazing and so informative. We discussed exactly what I wanted to achieve from the surgery, he answered all of my questions and did all of my body markings.

I was absolutely terrified before going into surgery but the nurses were so lovely. They held my hand in the elevator, comforted me and made me feel so much calmer. When I woke up after surgery, I honestly was not in huge amounts of pain like I expected to be. They took such good care of me, made sure I was warm, comfortable and checked on me constantly which was really reassuring.

The food at the hospital was also delicious which I was not expecting!

After 2 nights in hospital, I moved to the hotel and it was stunning. Throughout my whole stay, if I had any questions or concerns I could always speak to the consultant or translator and they would relay everything back for me really quickly.

The day before I flew home, I met with my surgeon again. He checked all of my wounds, made sure everything was healing well and removed my drains.

I was encouraged to move around as much as possible after surgery and I’m so glad I listened because I really think it has helped my recovery massively.

I am now nearly 3 weeks post op and they are still checking in on me regularly. If I ever have any questions, I never have to wait long for an answer.

If you are considering having surgery abroad, I would highly recommend Surgery TR. You are genuinely looked after from start to finish and made to feel safe, supported and cared for throughout the whole process.

From start to finish the experience was very pleasant. I was able to get all the information I needed before I left for turkey. Gülşen from Surgery TR was extremely helpful and polite. She is a credit to the company.
The operation was quick and painless. Aftercare was great.
The only problem I had was with the transfer from Istanbul Airport to the hotel. It seemed like there was a confusion.

The communication prior to my visit to Turkey was wonderful. Informative and reassuring. From the moment i stepped off the plane i was looked after. My translator Yigit was absolutely lovely and made the whole process so much easier. Do Atilla Hacilar visited me each day in hospital after my surgery and his skills are absolutely wonderful. I saw him again when i was discharged and he was brilliant. I had 360 lipo. Extended tummy tuck and inner thight lift. Apart from not being able to stand straight (which is normal) and back pain from the poor posture i have not experienced any issues. I never though this journey would be easy, but this easy.....wow. thank you all so much, from the bottom of my heart. You have changed my life.

When my girlfriend and I decided to travel from Barcelona to Izmir for a hair transplant, our biggest stroke of luck was discovering SurgeryTR. I didn't actually find the clinic on my own; I discovered it through SurgeryTR's professional guidance, and after experiencing the whole process, I realized what a perfect decision it was.

At the very heart of this organization was Ms. Damla. I cannot thank her enough! She personally took care of every single detail from start to finish and answered all our questions with immense patience. We felt incredibly safe thanks to Ms. Damla's professionalism, speed, and solution-oriented approach. The organization was so seamless that we literally just hopped on the plane; everything else ran like clockwork.

This is my second time with Sugery TR . The are professional and high quality company what a have reasonable prices and treat you as individuals. Really good doctors and dentist smoothly transfer nice hotel (5 stars) , good aftercare and big thank you for Hamza. He translated everything, explained details and helped with any sytuations 24/7.
