⭐☆☆☆☆ ONE-STAR REVIEW – Valley Clinic Türkiye

I am writing this review after almost one full year of waiting, hoping, and repeatedly trying to resolve my concerns privately.

I had surgery at Valley Clinic Türkiye on January 15, 2025, performed by
Op. Dr. Teoman Eraslan (Plastic & Aesthetic Surgeon). Op. Dr. Teoman Eraslan Plastik ve Estetik Cerrahi Uzmanı.

The procedures included:
• Deep-plane facelift
• Neck lift
• Chin liposuction
• Rhinoplasty
• Upper & lower blepharoplasty
• Fat injection
• Lip lift (discussed but not performed)

Unfortunately, my facelift and neck lift results are botched.

What went wrong:
• The deep-plane facelift was not done properly. My jawline is still soft, my jowls sag, and my face does not look lifted or rejuvenated.
• My neck still has fat deposits and visible platysma banding, which should not be present after a proper neck lift.
• I do not look 10–15 years younger, which was clearly discussed and expected. I still look old in photos, videos, and in person.
• The scars are NOT hidden behind my ears. They are visible on my face, extending from the front of the ear down toward my cheek and neck. This is extremely upsetting and unacceptable.
• My right ear still has abnormal sensation and discomfort nearly a year later.
• Overall, the result looks incomplete, poorly executed, and not consistent with a true deep-plane facelift.

I later consulted an independent Canadian plastic surgeon, who examined me and confirmed that the deep-plane facelift and neck lift were not performed correctly and that a major revision would be required to fix the issues.

Ongoing delays and broken assurances:

For months, the clinic repeatedly told me to “wait”:
• first 4 months
• then 6 months
• then 1 year

Each time, I followed instructions, sent photos, and waited — with no improvement.

I was told verbally that a “free revision” would be possible, but:
• nothing was ever provided in writing
• no clear surgical plan was shared
• no contract or guarantee was offered

Eventually, I was told I would need to travel back to Turkey again at my own cost and risk. After everything that happened, I lost all trust and no longer felt safe having the same surgeon operate on my face again.

Final thoughts:

This experience caused me emotional distress, loss of confidence, wasted time, and financial loss. I traveled internationally, endured surgery and recovery, and was left botched, with visible scars and results that did not meet basic expectations.

I am sharing this review so others can make an informed decision. Please research very carefully before choosing Valley Clinic Türkiye or Op. Dr. Teoman Eraslan for facial surgery.

Hello ;My experience with Dr. Teoman Eraslan and his team was very positive. After my first rhinoplasty, I was not fully satisfied with the result; however, they clearly explained that this was related to my nasal tissue structure, not a surgical mistake. When I expressed that the shape still didn’t meet my expectations, they assured me that if I was not satisfied after the 6-month healing period, a revision rhinoplasty would be performed free of charge, without any conditions — and they truly kept their word.

After 6 months, my second rhinoplasty was performed completely free of charge, without any issues. This meant a lot to me. Throughout the entire process, the care and support from Ms. Canan and Mr. Sait were exceptional. Especially Ms. Canan — her kindness, psychological support, and motivation made a huge difference and helped me feel calm and confident.

At the clinic, you don’t feel like just a patient, but like part of a family. Even if you go alone, you never feel alone. The care, communication, and trust they provide are truly remarkable. I am also planning to return to Dr. Eraslan for abdominal surgery in the future and would confidently recommend him.”

I underwent two breast augmentation surgeries with Teoman Eraslan between 2019 and 2020, and both were a complete disappointment. The first surgery was badly performed, which the surgeon admitted, and I had to go through a second operation free of charge. Sadly, the second procedure was no better — the results were still unsatisfactory and left me frustrated, distressed, and unhappy with my body.

These surgeries cost me not only time and recovery, but also my peace of mind and confidence. After two failed operations, I would never recommend this surgeon to anyone.

I do not recommend this clinic. I paid a deposit after being promised I could get a refund if I changed my mind in time. Three days later, after reading many negative reviews about the clinic online, I decided to cancel. I was met with rudeness and told I would not get my money back. Very unprofessional.

On June 15, 2024, I underwent 360° liposuction, abdominoplasty, and a breast lift with implants performed by Dr. Teoman Eraslan at Medistanbul Hastanesi. I paid €7,000 for the surgery alone, excluding flights and accommodation.

Despite clearly communicating my implant size preferences, Dr. Eraslan placed implants of different sizes. One implant was positioned significantly higher, leading to visible asymmetry and an unnatural breast shape. The incisions were uneven and excessively long.

This was my first cosmetic surgery, and I chose the doctor based on online content. I did not have a personal consultation with him before the surgery. All communication was handled by his assistant, and I only saw the doctor for ten minutes on the day of the operation. He did not attend the mandatory follow-up on the fourth day. When I expressed concerns, the assistant also stopped responding.

Later, I consulted with six respected surgeons across Europe. Only two were willing to attempt a revision, and the cost was significantly higher than what I had already paid. Dr. Eraslan dismissed my concerns for months, claiming daily massages would resolve the issues. When I declined his offer to redo the surgery, he referred me to another doctor, who never contacted me.

Please exercise caution when selecting cosmetic surgery providers. Ensure you have personal consultations, detailed discussions, and realistic expectations.
