Astonishing

Astonishing. Called for assistance since I hadn't gotten a response requesting a return authorization on their website. The person was incredibly rude - kept saying how everyone else likes the cap, and I must be doing something wrong on their website, then literally said "congratulations" when I verified the email address that he said I could respond to. I have never experienced such rude "customer service"

Horrible service

Horrible service. Rude emails. Never shop at this place. They have no idea how to properly run A customer service business. They blame the partners that they choose to deliver their product. My parcel is stuck in LA for 3 weeks. If they cared about there customers they would use a different carrier.

I sent an email inquiring about my…

I sent an email inquiring about my order that I did 19 days ago and the reason for delay. I’m an ER Nurse in downtown Toronto. This was their answer:

-There is no delay. We shipped your order on time. We don't deliver the mail. The mail is enroute as per the tracking.You have the emails read and review them carefully.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES. In the USA there is a pandemic in Canada there is NO PANDEMIC, congrats. Delivery is by the CPS - CANADA POSTAL SERVICE.

It's called a PANDEMIC. Review your SHIPPING EMAIL all information is disclosed.
NO TRACKING OUTSIDE USA.
DELAYS ARE NORMAL. NOW.

OTTAWA – Canadians should anticipate parcel delays for the foreseeable future, even as Canada Post delivers at record levels. As Canadians continue to ramp up and diversify their online shopping, Canada Post is responding to unprecedented parcel volumes while maintaining important physical distancing measures in all our facilities. Processing record parcel volumes in plants that were never designed to keep people two metres apart takes more time.

Canada Post is delivering in record numbers and also handling a wider variety of items. With parcel deliveries growing at a record pace from April to May, Canada Post hit an all-time, one-day record on Tuesday, May 19 with 2.1 million parcels delivered to Canadians. That’s roughly three times the norm for this time of year. It’s not just the volumes that are causing challenges, the number of larger household items, like mini-fridges, patio furniture and barbecues coming through our network have also increased. These bulky items often require a two-person lift which creates additional safety challenges and delays.

If I could give 0 stars I would…

If I could give 0 stars I would customer service for this company is a total nightmare. They do not care about the needs of their consumers they arw not a US based company. I ordered caps for staff caring for Covid 19 patients and the bad attitude related to me and the lack of concern for my problem was horrible. BUYERS BEWARE

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service after I asked why the package was not delivered within the time lapse that was supposed to.
I did not get the opportunity to see the caps yet, since the package has been for 30 days somewhere between Madrid and Barcelona. They keep saying that the package is in transit when it is obviously lost...

Exceeding Expectations

The prime components of being successful are these: promptness, dependability, good service and quality productss. Surgical Caps has exceeded these qualities consistently. I highly recommend them.

Delivery

I bought some items from UK two months ago. I have not taken them yet. There is a shipping problem but i can not do any claim in UK. According to USPS rules online inquiries can only be initiated by the U.S. Sender. But they dont care. They did not do anything.

Fast shipment, even overseas. Good quality, washing and drying on high temperature is no problem. Also very nice with a personal thank you on the packing slip.
