Ryan Wood was extremely knowledgeable

Ryan Wood was extremely knowledgeable, proficient, professional, and patient. He worked with me at my level of understanding with patience, courtesy, and professionalism. I am 73 years old and rather technologically challenged, but Ryan made me feel empowered rather than stupid.
