I’m not usually one to leave online reviews but I am ridiculously impressed by this company. I found the company on TikTok live and immediately ordered 3 because I was so impressed. Louis and Rob on the live were super helpful and explained the process and kind of shirts that could be in the box.

The shirts came ridiculously fast and the packaging was next to none. It was clear that they listened to every order notes and thought went into each selection by them. The haribos were also a great addition. Such a great business! They’ve got themselves a repeat customer and I’ve just ordered a festival box!

I’ve been a subscriber with Surprise Shirts for over five years now, and I can honestly say it’s been an outstanding experience from day one.
What truly sets this company apart is the people behind it. Being a family-run business, there’s a genuine warmth and authenticity that you just don’t get elsewhere. You’re not treated like just another customer, you’re made to feel valued, appreciated, and part of something bigger. It honestly feels more like being part of a community, or even family.

The shirts themselves are excellent. They’re always well sourced, great quality, and consistently deliver that excitement every time a new one arrives. Over the years, it’s been amazing to watch the company grow, adding great perks along the way including the recent 'rewards club', which is a brilliant addition for loyal customers.

Delivery is always reliable and arrives within the estimated time, and on the rare occasion there’s an issue, it’s dealt with quickly and professionally without any hassle.

I’m incredibly happy to have been part of the journey so far, and I’ve got no plans to stop my collection anytime soon. It’s fantastic to see the company going from strength to strength and it’s fully deserved.

Ordered from Surprise Shirts via TomFM's youtube page! Quick delivery! Suspense was killing me as to which shirt it would be! AC Milan 23/24 home shirt!!!. Perfect fit as well. Very well packaged. Clues in the name of the company. You can specify to avoid leagues, teams etc but you don't which shirt you will get and that's part of the attraction. I'm definitely getting another one...or two...

Ordered my first Top, explained what I would like in terms of colour and continent and honestly was delighted with my top Longbeach Fc away top… cracking top and colours were as asked for… will be back soon for another

I have had a couple of shirts so far from here for my son who loves them. They are a great idea as a gift for someone who has everything! There was a minor issue with one i got over xmas ( club badge came off after 1st wash) I emailed the company and got a very prompt personal reply ( not your usual generic email ) The customer service is excellent and my problem was resolved straight away.

They are an efficient and prompt team. The shirt my partner got is really cool and unique, a perfect fit on him and gift wrapped to perfection. We were also lucky enough to win a bonus gift (a scarf!). I bought a shirt and a scarf for my dad's birthday, as well as gift wrapping. The wrapping is branded but its subtle and if you hadn't gotten one before you wouldn't know what it is and it was perfectly wrapped. I got a Roma scarf and last season's Dortmund shirt which I couldn't be happier with. It shipped quickly and they left us goodies in the box. Couldn't recommend enough!

with the amazing deals i got a mystery box for £30.80 i ordered it and i got to pick everything i wanted to avoid i received it within 4 days when i received it it was packaged amazingly so that you couldnt see any of the kit i opened it and it was completely random ( i got adana demirspor ) it came in great quality and came with a little note talking about that club i love how it can be any of the 3 kits they released from any year i just ordered again yesterday cause it was so good and i highly recommend to anybody wanting a random shirt

Surprise football shirts are an independently run father and son company set up in the depths of lockdown. Today they have shirts from anywhere in the world.
Have been a subscriber for most of the year and sure number 12 will be arriving soon

Had a shirt thst i mistakenly tumble dried and the sponsor peeled straight off. Mentioned it on social.media and they sorting me a gift. My fault mind and they jumped on and were quick to contact me. Their shirts are great and so random which I absolutely love. Will keep getting them for a while
