Price is absurdly low & address appears fake

I almost bought a FARO Focus 3D S120 from SurveyingHill because the price looked unbelievably low — listed at about $4,000 while the typical retail price is roughly $14,500. That huge gap is a major red flag for high-value test equipment.

I verified the seller’s address by asking a friend to visit the physical location they list. The address turned out to belong to The Islamic Decor, not a surveying company. Between the implausible price and the bogus address, I’m convinced this listing is trying to scam buyers. Do not prepay — insist on a live video showing the exact unit and serial number, a verifiable commercial invoice, and OEM/calibration paperwork before you send money.
