This site is a scum

This scam site needs to go. Imagine spending 15 minutes or more of your time on surveys just for it to show an “error” at the end just because they don’t wanna pay. Disgusting.

Terrible survey experience

Terrible survey experience, when you're almost finished, you often get screened out for some reason. I found out that this company is owned by Toluna Corporation. They work with many big brands, well they should know about these practices!

Surveyrouter.com, theft by incompetence

Surveyrouter.com is how marketing and survey companies get around paying for surveys completed. This has been a major source of stress and angst for many, many people. I suggest indiviuals that have been cheated by proxy with surveyrouter.com also make complaints to professional survey associations. Such as ESOMAR, MRS, MRIA, AAPRO, QRCA, Insights, CASRO, and Survey Police.

This router has an erronious server

This router has not rectified it's server and when a survey is routed through, it says '403 Forbidden'., It is a serious fault of it's server and the matter is most embarrassing. I do not understand how it routes surveys through a faulty/erroneous server and is making a fool of the survey panelists.

This site sucks when it comes to…

This site sucks when it comes to surveys on other sites such as survey junkie. For the last 2 weeks I get the points offer and it loads up just to tell me there are NO SURVEYS. I want to thank you for wasting a lot of my time for nothing.

Completion errors

While it does a mediocre job at redirecting you towards a survey, anytime I'm directed to it after completing a survey it has an error, which throws a lot of my time down the gutter.

Scam: Completed detailed survey and told I don't qualify!

I've just spent more than 20 minutes going through detailed questions including writing full text opinions detailing various thoughts on credit reference agencies for a survey that is supposed to take no longer for a reward to be told that I don't qualify for the survey when I've already completed it. They have my very detailed, in depth, useful answers and they've made their money. I've most certainly done my part of the deal and instead of being paid the agreed reward I've been blatantly scammed. Like many survey companies that are supposed to pay rewards they can't be trusted. No pre-screening survey should take more than 2 minutes with simple screening questions, not very detailed text box responses that are clearly the main survey itself and it most certainly shouldn't take longer than the advertised survey length for the reward because that is most definitely a blatant scam unless they pay out. Of course surprise surprise there's no proper contact details or customer service so there's nothing you can do apart from report their dishonesty to others. Dishonest companies that rip people off like this should be investigated and shut down unless they work legally.
