They are plain scammers.

They screen you out near the end of surveys, the don't pay according to the time you spend filling out a survey, you can do a survey for 30 cents which takes an hour to complete which is less than other platforms.

When you come to payment they after a long time of filling out rip off surveys, the don't deliver payment. They use evasive tactics where they give you the option of getting Bitcoin only. You use the option, then they ask for verification. You verify then they log you out of the survey account.

The owe me 5 dollars for 3 months of doing surveys. But won't pay me. $5, they don't answer their emails, there is no easy transparent way to contact them.

Mind you they previously were the best but the fell of so hard they have become conniving and creeps that just want to sell you information to companies for free.

Anyone who is paying them should stop, use other platforms. In fact everyone who is paying them should stop, they a playing with people's time and with your money.

Something like this could mean they can just feed you guys false information and use our accounts to verify we are real people without paying us.

I have done 79 surveys of which I qualified for 9. I got paid for 6 and 3 surveys I never got paid for. I sent a support mail and 4 weeks later I had ZERO responses to the emails. I rate this site 1 star because it seems that some survey companies take advantage by not paying you and Surveytime is not interested in supporting you and the time and money stolen from you.

totally not worth it anymore since structure changed. spending a lot of time on surveys to get random rewards of cents in the end

I have earned around 18$ and I am not able to redeem it. While opening the site it was showing error message "Resolve your pending payment". While clicking it I got a message to verify the account and it was informed that a message will be sent to mail id for verification. But unfortunately I did'nt get any regarding the same

I verified my account yesterday, but I couldn’t log in today. I was ignored when sending emails. Please remove this junk website as soon as possible!

I can't get verified to claim my reward. It uploads the selfie and then nothing. Just an error. But the error is after the upload. I messaged the supposed support. Let's see.
Update: Still no reply 5/8/2024 Definitely scammy.

Amazing easy earning way source

This site used to be great. Now the cashout rules have changed and I can't even cash my reward, stating no payment options are available in my country. They used to have no problems with it a few months ago.

They now have Bitcoin which I do not have. I need my PayPal back, please!

I think surveytime is now listening to its members. I've been having difficulties redeeming my points, although the payment has started, but it's still not in my PayPal account. $0.01 was sent to confirm the process, still waiting for the rest.
I'm giving a 3 start for listening to my complaints.

This site back then actually delivered on its promises, you could of withdraw 1$ for surveys, now they raised the minimal withdrawal to 5$, which wouldnt be so bad, if you actually could withdraw the money. When i tried to verify my phone number it just throws an error, contacting support didn't help, they just ignored my E-Mails. Stay away from this site.

A joke of a platform they must really be hard up for money of they feel the need to keep 5 bucks belong to me laughable I should have just gone for a cigarette at work instead up killing time with this crap , thanks for the lesson survey time , needless to say you know where you can stick the 5 bucks, thanks again for the laugh ha ha ha

Not paying! But they still sending email to answer survey. Lol. During request payout, threw error! Email bout it but no response more than 2 weeks! Totally scam!

Surveytime please delete my account and all my personal information in your system! You locked me out of my account after verifying my identity?!? For the amount of $5 you did that?!?

They used to be good but not anymore always get screened out or gives you the opportunity to get a survey but then it goes back to there site,and it takes 2 business days to cash out and not instant anymore.Ive also had an issue there awhile ago emailed them no answer,And just there on Monday the 1st of June 2024 got a surgery completed it and site said I got paid but my balance still after 2 days never updated or did I receive 25 atoms for completion,and it's not even on there history list that I did it,but lucky enough I took a screenshot so they cannot lie that's if they do get back to me as I emailed them there on Monday numerous of times but still no answer so I'm beginning to think that they aren't as legit as they where before,And the survey was quite long which was ment to pay me $7.60 that I never received,before where surveys where $0.50 or $1.00 they where doing quite well until they changed it and see that people here saying there asking for ID for proof well they shouldn't because that goes against our privacy rights and why do they need to know our information for when all there ment is ask for our opinion from companies doesn't add up.but anyway I doubt that I will receive any payment that I did from a survey on Monday or an email or any response at all from them of this matter

They screen me out EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've spent hours just clicking on the surveys for NOTHING. Waste of time...

Already received my first redemption, yey. I was worry because there's a lot of bad reviews here but hey surveytime is legit. I guess you just have to fully verify your identity and it'll be okay.
