My overall experience was very pleasant! Everything is clear and it's very easy to use! The only problem I had sometimes was that a question started flickering while I was formulating it. This problem could be solved by closing the question and trying again afterwards.

Survio is first of all very easy to use! It has a great design, and to set up a survey is easy and intuitive. The results from the surveys are clearly presented, and easy to get an overview of.
So far, I've only been using the free features, and I'm very happy with what is availible! The only negative thing I can think of, is that the only way to get access to over 100 responses is to pay for a subscription. The ideal would be to also have the option to pay for unlimited results on one survey at the time.

Easy way to collect info about our customers satisfaction, we even use automated reminders when inviting our respondents to answer the survey.

So far so good, I will for sure go Premium :) The customer support is responsive, they have a simple interface, cannot complain.

Easy to use, many alternatives available

We've been using Survio software in our company for approx. four years. Obviously, the service has its advantages as well as disadvantages like everything. We were quite satisfied, up until recently. The one thing we need to point out is a very poor customer service. At the beginning the reason we chose the Survio solution over others, was their perfect customer service. Fast, responsive and very helpful. Since the introduction of "Support" section (for a year or so) the actual support is reduced to transferring the customer to the support page.
We are not happy with the customer service anymore!

Great value. Very helpful and friendly customer service. Responsive and user friendly. A lot of features even with the Free basic account. Super helpful tool for gaining customer feedback. Would be nice not to be limited to 10,000 emails per month when using the business package though.

I used Survio for a Survey about the behaviour of Shopping in Stuttgart in time of the Corona- Pandemic. Its very easy to use and FREE!
