This company literally stole my money…
This company literally stole my money for a pair of shoes. I never received them, even after they sent me emails saying "on the way". I am reporting them to PayPal, Pinterest, and anyone else I can muster up.

If I could give it a ZERO I would! I ordered an item on 2/11/26. I then rec'd several emails that item was processing/inventory was being replenished/blah blah blah. 3/19/26 sent request for status on order, no replay. 3/31 site seems to be gone, "This store is unavailable".
Perplexed on what to do now.
Horribly cheap product from China, the shoe buckle fell apart the first time I wore them. I have reached out to the company at least 20 times for a refund or replacement item and no word back. It is a scam of a company - do not purchase from them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMANY! My order, placed months ago never showed and they have not responded to my multiple inquiries.
I ordered a pair of shoes from a Pinterest or Instagram ad. They sent the completely wrong shoe. Plastic, wrong size, wrong color, wrong everything. At first they seemed helpful with customer service emails, then they went silent. They took over $100 from me advertising a leather pair of shoes. This company is a Chinese company posing as a legitimate American company even putting Portland in their name. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am reporting them to the FTC.
The worst experience I have ever had purchasing something online. I ordered a pair of shoes. They sent a completely different pair of shoes that were the wrong size, different color and shape with no label. The photo of the shoes looked great. What I received is a piece of crap. They refuse to refund my money despite the fact that they did not send me what I ordered.
SCAM COMPANY! The sizes are inaccurate, the color not what appears online, obviously fast fashion and no label in the item. But WORST of all, their return policy is non-existent. They claim to respond to your return request within 24 hrs. It's weeks later and they have neither responded to numerous emails (there's no phone number) nor the online requests. The return window is supposedly 15 days, and the buyer is responsible for postage BACK TO CHINA. I was willing to do that to recoup my money but with no instructions there's no way to proceed. I realize this is a fake company, probably as close to "Portland" as Beijing. I will chalk my $ loss up to learning to never again buy from a company with glossy ads on Pinterest. Pinterest should scrutinize the companies they tacitly approve by including them on their site.
Fake China based company. I was scammed by a pinterest ad. You won't get your items or they will not be as described. They will not refund your money, unless you pay to ship back to China which will cost more than the items did to purchase. There are dozens of similar websites like this. Beware!
Shame on me! I ordered a dress from this site that I didn’t check beforehand. When I got the email receipt, it showed I ordered two of the same size. I didn’t. I emailed customer service and was told no refund only an exchange or another size. Red flag!! The dresses arrived as size L and XL. No, size 8 and 10 in reality. I wrote and asked for a refund. No phone to call. Nope. I can pay to return them to China @$50 or pay shipping to select two more items!! No way am I sending them any more money. Scam, scam, scam!!! Be very careful!!
The shoes don’t look like the photo in picture. And I ordered a size 10.5 US shoe size but they fit like a size 7 would on me. Very disappointed - ESPECIALLY for the price! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! You’re thinking you’re getting good quality leather shoes and you don’t even get 1/2 the quality! I actually ordered 3 pairs - a black pair, maroon and beige. Instead they sent me what THEY wanted me to have - 2 maroon that look like brown, and a black.
After receiving my purchase well after the advertised delivery date, it looks nothing like the picture on the website, and I failed to read the fine print, that I would have to pay to ship my purchase back to China, so there is no way that I can get my money back. I’m so disappointed.
The item I received did not match the product advertised on the website. The garment was made of thin, see‑through polyester, was poorly constructed, and arrived without any tags. Although the website states that returns are accepted, the return process is misleading. When I attempted to initiate a return, the company advised that I would be responsible for international shipping back to Asia, along with a $20 restocking fee, and noted that processing could take several weeks. These barriers appear designed to discourage customers from completing returns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
