Terrible seller

My product arrived damaged and was obviously packed in box by a machine and there is no way to get it back in one box. The seller refused to send me two shipping labels to return and offered a 100.00 credit on a 533.00 order. I am in a dispute with Amazon an hopefully will get my money back .

False advertisement on product, quality, and warranty

I paid a total of $1140 for everything but on June 10th I bought the first set for $700 as she had listed and bought add ons on July 2nd $440 was paid direct
2year manufactures warranty 1 year cracking warranty
The business is not standing by the warranty I have communicated with the manager / owner since 1 month after I received all the product the first two Ottomans the wicker started to crack in multiple areas. she gave excuses that she had lost her phone and no further solutions. Then by then my first piece of furniture started to crack by month six I had more than eight pieces with major material breakage . I notified them early May with photos and videos of the furniture as I was removing the patio covers from them to start enjoying the spring weather and realized how bad the material was breaking off and she agreed to replace 4 pcs plus two ottomans and she was going to order them into the warehouse for me to pick up that process lasted over three months and a day before I was supposed to go pick up what she ordered, she tells me that it is not complete and that I had to settle for what she has available or get a set that is completely different than what I bought that someone else returned, and she doesn’t know the condition of, those were her solutions, but because she wouldn’t provide a solid agreement on what was it like for like on a manufacturer warranty like she states online she didn’t want to give me replacements because I was asking for pictures of the items she wanted me to agree to. Then she tried to offer me a brand new set, when I ask questions for photos and pictures she said she doesn’t know if they are in good condition or not, she just knows they were return and what kind they were. I asked If I agree to the set she offered me and during pick up, I discovered that they are messed up what is the 2nd solution .? She said there was nothing she could do for me from there . This is very troubling Because she promised a replacement and couldn’t replace what she promised. She wants me to settle for something I have no clue the condition of. The furniture was brand new in boxes she states on her website or in general as a business for very expensive patio furniture and what the warranty is this is false advertising, I wasn’t even able to enjoy what I paid for even though she stated this was very high-quality . She stated she was selling these at a discounted price because she had an overflow in her warehouse.Trying to receive a solution from her has taken months and solutions are not provided in timely matters.
She even got to the point to tell me that I was over my one year even though she is the one that said her warranty team had placed an order for replacement and gave me multiple dates that it would be arriving and then kept extending the arrival dates even till today I am still with no replacements

On her product line description they is her advertisement . 2 YEARS WARRANTY& FREE EXTRA PILLOWS We offer a 24 months frame warranty and 12 months warranty against the cracking, and peeling of our outdoor resin wicker weave for this outdoor sofa set. Besides,every patio couch set comes with clips extra throw pillows and rain cover, you will get more value than you will pay
In person, she told me I had a one-year manufactures warranty for cracking.

Beautiful Sunlake 8 Piece Sectional

We purchased the Sunlake 8 piece Outdoor Wicker Sectional for a great price! As the description says, it is high quality frame and construction. Very easy to set up, no assembly required. All was super great!! There were minor blemishes on a couple cushion covers and the manufacturer replaced them, at no cost, immediately after we contacted them. Susie's Garden is excellent!! We will definitely refer them to our family and friends.

Awesome customer experience

I purchased the 8piece sectional back in April. I contacted customer service via email inquiring about replacement cushions. Unbeknownst to me, I was asked about the issue with the cushions and after attempting to explain and sending pictures, I was told that new cushions would be sent out the very same week. That was my best news for the week since I have enjoyed lounging on my sectional. The staff responded to my concern very swiftly and resolved my concerns. Customer service was awesome!

My outdoor patio furniture was back…

My outdoor patio furniture was back ordered, so I didn’t expect it until much later into the summer. The other day my husband and I pulled into the driveway and there it was. It was a partial delivery but the next day the rest arrived. Customer service was wonderful and right on it! We love the furniture and couldn’t be happier. All our neighbors are wanting it now! Thanks Stellahome!

Great Value and Quality Set

We are absolutely loving this set. The best part of this is that there was no assembly required. Comes well packed in boxes, and it just goes right out on the patio! The sectionals make it so you have the ability to move things around. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars, was that the wait time was longer than we would have liked (6 weeks). But that may have been due to the pandemic. The cushions are comfy and the bonus is that a cover comes with the set. We keep the cover on at night to prevent any critters from making it their bed. My only wish is that the ottoman would have been a storage box.

Great customer service!

I ordered a patio set in May. At the time I ordered it, I knew that it was on backorder for a little over a month. I received an email the next business day to confirm that I knew it was on backorder and that I still wanted it. I appreciated that extra step that Stellahome was not obligated to take.

I was very pleased with my furniture when it arrived, except for the ottoman/coffee table which was crooked. I contacted Stellahome, they were very responsive and provided me a couple of options on how to handle this. I chose to take a partial refund (since the ottoman/coffee table was part of a set and wasn't available as a single replacement piece), and within 1 business day I was refunded my money.

I really appreciated the responsiveness of Stellahome and their willingness to work with me to resolve this issue!

Worst purchase ever

Do not purchase this if you plan on not returning the items. They lied about the delivery fee and how much money they would charge about the refund. They are charging me 524.80 to return the couches that are very short. I bought this present as a gift for my family and they can’t get out of the couches easily because they are older. The couches are so short they struggle every time. These couches look like they are made in China. Very cheap and not durable. And they are trying to charge me for 50% of what I paid. It’s disgusting!! Especially in a time like this!! Do not buy this!!

Please kindly notice the returning shipping cost is expensive for large furniture.
To protect customer's interests,for items once was sold and boxes opened, we could not use them for secondary sales directly. So in most cases, we charged 20% restocking fee.
After negotiating with this customer, we didn't charge the restocking fee at last and bear the loss on our side.
