From start to finish my experience was all positive George and Tony were very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious they installed my balustrade to a very high standard and I would highly recommend their products and them as they were perfectionists and obviously gain a lot of job satisfaction in what they do!
George did an amazing job with the balustrade made for our bespoke staircase. The glass were made with meticulous care and the installation was carefully done. The communication was clear all through the project and i would certainly recommend Sussex Balustrade Solutions to friends and family. I found the company online and contacted them about my project needs. George came around to take measurements and he quoted for it. We finally agreed on time and costs and it worked out well in the end.
Very professional, explained everything at each stage, would highly recommend
Poor behaviour, communication and a bully.
Reported to trading standards for how he has handled himself.
Do not believe the reviews most are by family/friends.
Avoid at all costs.

We have tried to reach out to you via Trustpilot but with no response. It is unfortunate you have felt the need to write this review without contacting us directly first, especially as we do not have a record of a customer or client named Keith so we are unsure what experience your review relates to or the reasons behind it.

Great work!
George recently fitted a glass balustrade to our patio. He was polite and punctual, arriving earlier than he said to start on time. The work was just what we wanted and George gave us some much needed advice on deciding what to have. He also gave us advice on maintenance. When finished it made me feel as though I was on holiday!! Really pleased with the end result
