We needed our boiler sorting

We needed our boiler sorting. Ross came to see us and we felt very comfortable with his approach. He explained everything and allowed us time to consider and make our decision. There was no pressure. We opted for a new boiler and the process was efficient and painless. Very professional throughout. Thank you Ross. We have no hesitation in recommending The Sussex Heating Care Company and would definitely go back to them.

Annual boiler serviced

Although we had to change the date of our boiler service at short notice, it was not a problem and Kate organised a new date.
On the day Ross arrived on time, quietly got on with the service, ensured all was ok and when finished, left our property clean and tidy.

I had an Air-conditioning unit installed and the service was efficient, friendly and knowledgable.

Boiler Service went great ....

Bought new house and Sussex Heating had installed and service the boiler for the previous owner so I thought sensible to get them to continue to look after it. Great service and helpful and will continue to ue them to look after my Central Heating System

Superb after sales service . Went the extra mile!

I noticed a small leak underneath my Worcester Bosch central heating boiler. I contacted Ross and he came that evening and diagnosed a faulty diverter valve. Because the appliance was still within warranty he advised me to contact the manufacturer. An engineer came next day and rectified the problem. Ross took the trouble to message me to see if everything was OK. Superb after sales service. I have no hesitation in recommending the Sussex Heating Care Company and will continue to have Ross and his team service and look after my Central heating system

Complicated Boiler Replacement handled with ease

Our ageing boiler was becoming increasing problematic, and at around 17 years old required replacement. This was far from a straightforward job, as we live on the top floor of a block of Flats, and our flue runs along the kitchen and then up through and onto the roof. And at 17 years old, the flue also required replacement.

We obtained several quotes, but as soon as Ross from Sussex Heating Care Company arrived we knew that we'd found the right person for the job. Ross spent a considerable amount of time explaining exactly what was required and we were very impressed with his in-depth knowledge and his friendly manner.

On the day of the boiler replacement Ross (with assistance from Richard Smith) tackled what was a complicated and challenging job with ease. Exceptional workmanship and customer service was maintained throughout. We are absolutely delighted with the new boiler, and would 100% recommend this company for any of your heating needs. 10/10.

I had my boiler installed by Ross at The Sussex Heating Care Company in 2020. Every year l get a reminder that the annual service is due. They are a family run service and for me they are first class. The heating in my house is really old, but it doesn't bother him at all, he thoroughly checks everything is working properly before he leaves. He is kind, courteous prompt and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Don’t google anyone else

Fantastic people.

After calling multiple other companies, being hung up on, never getting a call back or simply the people on the phone being rude, we found The Sussex Heating Care Company.

So polite, professional, organised and honest.
This company went above and beyond to make sure they got someone out to us to fix our boiler that day, even though their engineers were booked up until 8pm.

Absolutely fantastic company, always called back when promising to do so, and such lovely people.

I won’t bother googling any other company, The Sussex Heating Care Company are the only people I will used from here on.
