We commissioned Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows to replace the front door of our house and the rear door and window in our garage. They were most helpful in guiding us through the process of choosing the right doors, glazing and fixtures in each case. The work was carried out over two consecutive days and the quality of workmanship was excellent - we are really delighted with final results and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows to anyone needing doors or glazing.

Simon and his team are all helpful, hardworking and polite. Scott replaced an outside door on a boiling hot day and did an excellent job. I honestly don't think you could find a better doors and windows firm anywhere and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent overall experience with Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows. The initial survey was done very professionally and by someone who clearly knows how to measure accurately as the windows were fitted last Friday and fit perfectly. Can’t speak too highly about the fitters, Tony and John, who arrived promptly and worked hard, in the heat, to have the job done by lunchtime. The final finish is superb and well worth the money spent. Would recommend the company highly and will certainly use again, when the need arises. Many thanks.

Very helpful staff in the showroom. Nice to be able to go and have a look at the actual colours and quality. Good selection of styles and colours. Visit from surveyor to ensure everything would fit ok and then a 6 week lead time for installation. All very smooth with good communication. Fitted this week and we are really happy with it. Looks great and feels sturdy and secure. Would highly recommend.

Rosie gave me a quote; she was efficient, responsive and patient as I went back to her a few times and nothing was too much trouble.
Danny came out to measure up and explained the installation process.
Duncan came to fit the door today; he is very meticulous and diligent. His hard work paid off as the door looks great!

Having just had our patio doors replaced by Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows, I would have no hesitation in recommending them. This is the second time we have used them and on both occasions the service has been first class from start to finish.The help we had from survey to installation couldn’t have been bettered.

We have just had all of our windows and door replaced and are very pleased with them. Rosie and Julie are friendly and helpful and the fitters Tony and John worked really hard and did a good job in the time frame given.
We have also had another door fitted by this company previously and thoroughly recommend them.

From the beginning we felt as had a no pressure, honest meeting with Simon the owner and then a very competitive quote.

The work was completed by Tony and John who were polite and friendly throughout. Duncan even came late on a Friday to fit our car flap in our new door for us. It was nice to support a local business who clearly make customers a priority. Really happy with the whole experience and would recommend.

There was no hard sell, we were given all the information that we needed and all of our questions were patiently answered. The quote we were given was extremely competitive we chose to go ahead and have all of the windows in our house replaced.

The fitting went ahead as scheduled, the fitters were efficient, friendly, and professional. There was almost no cleaning up at the end of each day as they were so tidy..

The quality of the windows is excellent as is the standard of workmanship, we could not be happier. We will be recommending this company over and over again.

Excellent service from this company right from the outset once we agreed the price installation of Patio forts was estimated to be four to six weeks from the Surveyor visit to take appropriate measurements this was done in a efficient manner and explanation of how the doors would be fitted .
On the day of installation (4 weeks and 2 days ) after the estimated time) their fitter Duncan did an excellent job even refitting the window blind to accommodate the new doors which were replacing sliding Patio doors Would recommend this company excellent service though out the transaction

Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows replaced all our windows and a back door. We were delighted with the service throughout, from Simon's patience and no- hard sell approach to the expertise and tidiness of the friendly fitters -even in freezing conditions!

The window was installed perfectly. We had covered the carpets with dust sheets but the operative brought his own to cover the stairs and hall. He was clean and tidy friendly and efficient. Altogether a great job.
