Professional, clean, tidy and efficient staff.

impressed by the scaffolding installation an the guys who installed the panels on the roof despite the pouring rain.They even removed an unwanted tv Arial.
Surprised by the amount of electrical installation that was required.It was to late to discuss alternate ways of installing the equipment.Time will tell if this proves to be a big negative.

We are very pleased with our vailant heat pump installed by Jacob,Chris and Tyler.They were very patient and looked after our home with care. the hot water is fantastic and the new radiators look really nice.From survey to install and getting all the warranty paperwork Sustain has done brilliantly.Gas meter being removed by Octopus this week.Goodbye standing charge and dirty gas.

Superb, from the offer that gave us on cost right through to (and especially) the guys who installed the panels.

The service has been great and the communication has as well.

We are actually hoping to use them more to install additional panels!

Sustain were easy to deal with arrived when they said they would. Engineer discussed the best place for the charger to be located. Cleaned up after installation and explained how the unit worked. We were very impressed with the whole process. Highly recommended

The installation of our solar panels system was mostly excellent. Sadly the surveyor had suggested putting the battery in an area with insufficient clearance, but the electricians sorted that out . The other issue we had was the scaffolding was left in situ much longer than we had been told it would be. However, Maddie Draper was excellent and sorted this out efficiently, even communicating with us when she was away on annual leave . We really appreciated Maddie’s assistance. The solar panel system and app seems to be working well .

We needed a replacement solar panel for one that had been recently damaged. Response from the company was excellent with the work being carried out very efficiently and in a professional manner. The fitters were very courteous and efficient. We were extremely happy with the customer service and would recommend the company.

The lads were great! Got straight on with the job and were done in a few hours. They were helpful and respectful to me, and showed how everything works after the installation

The service and speed with which Sustain dealt with our issue has been second to none. Extremely willing to help, to find and fund a solution when initial inspection seemed to indicate no fault. Happy customer who would not hesitate to recommend Sustain to anyone who asks.
You could perhaps argue that the fault shouldn’t have been caused in the first place but I judge a company by how it addresses the abnormal, not so much on the day to day, which should be straightforward anyway.

I had an ASHP installed in April 2026 over a 4 day period.
The Sustain team were excellent- Jacob and Taylor were helpful, sociable and polite - they worked hard and kept me informed at all times on their progress. They tidied up each afternoon before leaving.
The electrician (Tom ?) was here for the 1st day and was equally pleasant and efficient.
From the outset, I was impressed with Adam who visited to prepare the design and price and gave me confidence that it would be a good decision to replace my old oil boiler and hot water tank and that the new ASHP would work effectively with my underfloor heating.
Ryan has also been very helpful with answering queries since installation.
So far, so good as regards electricity usage/cost where, even excluding the recent massive increase in heating oil costs, it seems that I will make savings when compared to the previous oil plus electricity bill.
I would highly recommend Sustain Homes.

I have been critical of this company before but their response to my criticism was to immediately sort out the problem. Their engineer, Charlie, even came out early on a Bank Holiday to find out what was wrong with our system and to put it right. It is a shame I had to first have a grumble on Trust Pilot before things happened but there is no doubt that the company did everything they could, very quickly, to put things right.

All the contractors were amazing.

There was a 7 day tight deadline to work to.

All works completed on time to an excellent standard.
Contractor all so friendly, informative, professional and tidy.
Vulnerable adult 91 living at residence at the time of installation. I was worried about her being warm as doors needed to be opened and this week in March was quite cold.
The contractors worked around her ensuring she was kept warm. So grateful to them for this.

Installation of solar panels was smooth and completed in a day with easy lead up communication with a dedicated contact. No issues or stress and would recommend.

We just had a solar power system installed with six PV panels and a battery. Scaffolders arrived at 08:30 as expected on Monday. They were super efficient, courteous and considerate of our property. The scaffolding was all up in a couple of hours and they left at 11:00am. Then, also as planned, the roofers, electricians and the kit arrived about 08:45 on Wednesday. They worked flat out, were also very helpful, efficient and considerate. Our new panels went live about 15:15, and we’ve been off grid or exporting power to the grid ever since. We’re expecting the scaffolding to come down in a week’s time. This has been a really positive experience. The system installed is superb, good value, and we can’t fault the guys. This company deserves its good reputation and we’re very happy that Scottish Power are contracting them.

A big thank you to the Sustain team for their amazing aftercare. I had a fault on my system which they installed about three years ago - I had spoken to Fox who had done all they could remotely and they suggested speaking to my installer - the sustain team were out in a couple of days, fixed the fault ( which was caused by me moving a cable!!) and had us back and running in a couple of hours - absolutely top company with friendly and helpful staff. Thank you :)
