Many thanks to William, Charlie, Luka and Tommy and the Sustain team for their excellent service. The installation team were outstanding; worked incredibly hard, installing the solar system in two days; at the end of which the system was fully operational, batteries were fully charged, and we were self sufficient from the PV panels. Thank you.

Pete and Rio were very professional, organised and focused. They explained everything they were doing - listened to my concerns and came up with a good solution - left everything very neat and tidy and even took away the packaging. Would definitely recommend them.

The preparatory work was handled very well, and the process and documentation was clear and transparent. There was flexibility to adjust the work to meet our requirements. On the appointed day, The team arrived early, worked hard and completed the installation on the day promised. The few problems that they ran into were quickly resolved. They kept the work as tidy as possible, especially given that they were working all over the house. The enthusiastic team supported each-other well to get the work completed on time. Overall, a good experience and we would highly recommend Sustain.

Excellent appraisal and advice, with follow through Q&A, schedule communication, etc. Efficient, clean installation completed to schedule. Bricks damaged by drilling right through wall during installation of batteries and electrical equipment. Post-install service team have apologised and promised to fix the problem with brick-coloured repair filler grout.

Turned up when they said they would. We’re efficient in their work. All work completed with care and kept me informed as to timescales etc throughout. Sorry! I can’t remember the name of the team, Rio and someone?!

Rio and Pete arrived early, were pleasant and efficient and took the time to explain the system fully. Their additional care for key points to be aware of and suggested ideas was insightful and required. In addition, they were clean and tidy on completion. A job well done, thank you.

The Sustain experience has been exemplary. From the initial contact through until completion has been very easy made all the more easier by great communication with all members of the team. I would recommend them to anyone considering a heat pump. We really wish we had chosen them for our solar install too which unfortunately went to EDF/Contact Solar. They sub-contracted the install to a bunch of cowboys who's work and attitude was shocking. Never again EDF.

Very pleased, the installation went pretty much to schedule and everyone involved was professional, helpful and focussed on doing the best job. Excellent.

Maddie the coordinator was always available to make sure everything ran smoothly and to time. All the teams throughout were friendly, efficient and tidy and my solar panels were up and running two days after the scaffolding was up and all the kit delivered. I would thoroughly recommend Sustain to anyone considering solar.
